First time buyer and I was in a hurry. We picked out the one we wanted and needed it ready that week. They made it happen. These guys were amazing. Silas was our salesperson. He understood our needs and never pushed a bigger unit on us. We felt like we actually "bought something" and weren't "sold". I had some issues with the camper. All American Coach doesn't build the units so craftsmanship won't be held against them. However the way they helped me was perfect. They are local and I love that!! Keep up the work guys!
Update: Once again they did not disappoint. Just bought a Heritage Glen 310BHI. Walk through went smoothly, financing went smoothly, got a great rate. My family and I truly appreciate all your help. This place is AWEFUL! We bought a camper from them and picked it up the first week of March, bought the extended warranty for 5 years. Had a HUGE leak issue the first time out with this - They did everything they could to avoid this issue, I even offered to drop it off for them. They told me there was a mobile service tech in my area, and they could do a home visit to repair. THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!!! A modile tecxh will only service you if you are within 30 miles of one of their locations - I am 2 hours from them. I have to pay for the visit, and the mobile tech WILL NOT CALL ME BACK! Service after the sale, TERRIBLE! Buy somewhere else. Buyer beware! Reply to your message - this WILL NOT happen - I will be contacted by the OWNER, or nobody. I did NOT buy from All American Coach, their sales man lied to me, I bought it from the Lakeview location. The owner must call me now. And I don't "believe" the camper is new, I order it, picked it up first week of March - and it is a 2025. Brand New from the factory. Edit - the OWNER refuses to call me - nobody has called me back - their after sales "Service" sucks!!!!!! They do NOT care at all about what you bought, only that they made the sale.. Don't ANYBODY ever buy from this place!!!!!!!!
