Great experience buying our first travel trailer. We had been looking for the perfect fit for a while and just weren't finding what we wanted. We let Troy know what we were looking for and once one came in with our requests, he sent us all of the info and a video of the travel trailer. When we went to look at it in person we met Clayton who was super helpful with all of our questions and requests. At pick up, Jerrell did the walk through with my husband and went through the entire trailer showing him all of the essentials. Overall a great experience. We absolutely love our KZ Connect and would 100% recommend Southern RV!
I had an awesome experience purchasing our new Class B RV at Southern RV. I enjoyed meeting all of the friendly staff there and everyone involved in the process were just great! We’re from Chattanooga. We saw a travel trailer we liked on Southern’s website so we contacted them to confirm it was available to check out. Noah, our salesman responded that it was, so we scheduled a time to go see it. When we got there, there were a few things about the unit that we weren’t thrilled about so Noah suggested another unit about the same size and in a similar price range. We looked at it and determined that it would meet our needs just fine. Noah handed us off to Matthew, the finance guy who did all the paperwork and within a couple of hours we had made our purchase. About a week later they informed us that our unit was ready for pickup. We drove down and were given a full walkthrough by Kenny, the RV tech who checked our unit out and made sure it was ready to use. Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was no high pressure selling involved. We liked the fact that Southern RV is a family owned business.
