Klines RV was the BEST in sales and service. We went to 2 other RV dealerships before going to Klines. Both places were high pressure sales and charged for options such as the final run thru. Klines does that for no charge. Dave in sales was very patient with us and allowed us to take our time to decide. He made our experience perfect. Never felt pressured. Patrick in service was so kind and patient with the run thru and setting up our cameras and braking system. He went thru all the items in the trailer and answered all questions. We never felt rushed. They were available to answer all our questions even when we got the trailer home. We have recommended Klines and these gentlemen to our friends. We will be going back there in the future, no question. Best sales and service ever!!
