I drove from north of Lansing to do business with them because they had the unit I wanted and I’m so glad that I did. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was awesome! Blake sold me my camper and took care of every detail and made the process fun! It’s so great to do work with a family owned business that cares about taking care of their customers. 5 stars.
I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting any purchase made from this business. I discovered that the furnace in the camper I purchased was damaged only after I needed to use it. A mobile technician inspected it and confirmed that the internal components had been cut, rendering it irreparable and recommending a complete replacement. When I attempted to use the warranty I was sold, it was denied. Upon contacting Russ, one of the owners, he refused to take responsibility, claiming (based solely on photos) that the damage was caused by animals. The technician directly refuted this, explaining there were no signs of rodent activity. As a result, I am now living in this camper without heat, unable to afford the $1,200 required for a new furnace. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I will neither purchase from this business again nor recommend them to others.
Would not recommend this place for any repairs, I waited 8 months for parts, the only commutation was when I called. After the 8 month wait I was told It was going to be another 8 weeks. To get released from their work order with my warranty company I had to pay for parts they order that did come in, they turned out to be the wrong parts for my RV, they would not take them back. The 8 month wait for parts was for nothing, as their diagnoses was wrong and would have cost my warranty company over 5,000 dollars. Instead, it was a 175 dollar part that fixed my RV.
