I recently purchased a camper from Plaza RV, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Phil and Dave were phenomenal, and the entire staff was outstanding. Dave took the time to give us a very thorough walkthrough of the camper, making sure we felt comfortable and never rushed. We absolutely love our camper, and the long trip to get it was definitely worth it. Highly recommend Plaza RV for anyone looking for a great camper and top-notch service!
Will not own their mistakes, at the customer's expense. I had my RV in to Plaza RV a couple times. The first time was for a number of issues we had with a new to us camper - it needed a tune up here and there, and had a leak on the grey water line. We were generally happy with the service, and so scheduled a major repair, a new roof. On our next outing after the first repairs we noticed our grey line was still leaking... they did not glue a pipe fitting. When we brought it in for the roof job, I asked them to also finish the grey line repair that they did not finish fixing, but for which I was charged, the first time. The person I was working with wrote it down. A roof replacement is a big job, so we brought the camper in knowing that they would fit us in when they could. It was the off season, so that's fine. We waited a month for the call to pick it up, and were informed that we had 3 days to get it, or they would start charging storage. This is a busy time of year, so we needed to rearrange schedules to be sure we could get the camper in time - arranging to pick it up when they were closed. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed the grey line was still not repaired as I had requested, so I left the camper so they could finish the job. I got the call that it was *really fixed* and ready for pickup, and when I asked for compensation of my time for the trip I had already made I was told they would not. In fact, I was told it was my fault for not telling them to fix the grey line in the first place... needless to say, we ended our discussion with differing opinions. When a company charges me $124/hr for their time, I expect them to respect the value of my time. And, not to be blamed for their mistakes. I'm not sure where we will take the camper for service next time, but I'm sure it will not be Plaza RV.
We purchased a Northern Lite truck camper about 6 months ago from Plaza RV. It was our first time there and we were impressed with their service, friendliness, and knowledge. We could not find the title to our trade-in but Phil made several phone calls and emails to help us get a duplicate. We would definitely return there for out RV needs.
A different errand brought me to this business and I'm glad I stopped. I needed some work done and they gave me a reasonable estimate. They were ready when I arrived for my appointment and performed the work as I wanted. All the guys were friendly and professional. The supply store also had several things I had on my shopping list with a major item priced the same as Amazon. I will definitely be back for future needs.
