My wife and I were traveling on I380 north of Cedar Rapids when all of a sudden we heard the roof on our 2004 Itasca Suncruiser flapping and peeling up. This was a late Sunday afternoon. Spent the night in Sam's Club parking lot. Next morning called several RV repair businesses. ATC was one of 2 that called me back. They knew we were from out of town traveling through the area and wanted to continue our trip. They repaired the roof deck. Applied another layer of plywood and applied a new TPO roof. The communication from ATC was excellent. They prioritized our RV and had us back on the road by Friday afternoon. The staff and ownership are genuinely very nice people. I highly recommend ATC as an honest, communicative, and very skilled place to do business with. Steve Kleist
Shes home!!! Tore up the yard a bit getting her into place. ATC RV repair in Wallford did one hell of a job! They had her most of the winter at my request. Got it home opened the door and the shock had been broke while in for the repairs. They offered to send someone out i said easy job i can do it. They called back said part is on the counter. Very stand up company. Strongly recommended!! Replaced seals fixed slide and recaulked all seams. Mind you dealer i bought from said all was good last winter. Obviously not or the slide wouldn’t of broke. Dont shop Blue Compass. Only ATC for me from here out!
I cannot say enough how amazing Stephen and the ATC people were on taking care of my every needs from start to finish!! I bought a pickup camper from them and they were extremely patient with me and all the questions I had!! They had a crew working just on mine making sure it was clean and making sure everything was just right!! The owner has done an amazing job and it’s no wonder they have been in business for so long!!
