From the first step that we walked into Bish’s to pick up our camper, everyone was amazing. Everyone from sales to the manager. What really meant a lot was when the detail person was sincerely concerned on if our new camper was adequate. His name was Johnny, he took pride in his work and is second to none.

My husband & I had such a wonderful experience buying our new RV at Bish’s in Urbana! It’s a little intimidating not only buying your first RV but also doing it over 400 miles away but Mike & his team made it so easy! Our tech Matt was so thorough showing us everything on our trailer & answering any questions we had (very reassuring!). We also got to meet our detailer who did a fantastic job getting the RV ready for us (thanks again Johnny!!). The paperwork was handled partially via zoom with Daniel & also at the Urbana location with Keegan (both were great!). We are so happy we bought our RV at Bish’s but even happier it was this particular Bish’s!! It’s very comforting (especially as newbies!) knowing you have a whole team of people there if & when you need them!! My husband & I would highly recommend this RV dealership to anyone looking for an RV, you won’t regret it!!

I bought a lot of different. Things from a lot of different dealers and this is by far the best experience.. Joe sending me videos pictures answer any question I had, Nathan running me through the camper how it should work he fixed a small issue and had me on my way super quick. Trevor the finance man seamless transaction we did most all of the paperwork over the phone Before I even got there. Michael, the manager even checking in on me how my drive is going after I’ve left the dealership hours away, customer service outstanding . Believe it or not, I was at the dealer for less than an hour back on my way on an awesome camper top-tier group Of people. I drove 16 hours one way to pick this camper up happy I did.
