We are so pleased with our purchase at McKee RV! Ryan was our amazing salesman who helped us with our camper. He was personable, not pushy, and we could tell he wanted to make sure we had the right RV for us. We were driving from out of town and he also took extra time to ensure everything worked just as described before we put down our deposit. Rowdy was our tech and he was awesome at fixing anything little we noticed, despite this being a used unit. Dave in Finance explained everything and made it a quick and painless process. I’ll update the review if anything is amiss, but we are very pleased with McKee RV experience!

We dealt with McKee on the order and purchase of a new Riverstone Fifth Wheel. Between the ordering and helping us spec it out just like we wanted and the pickup when it came in, their customer service was great. Brady was our sales person and he was super kind, a good listener and made sure everything was just like we wanted with the rig. Encourage anyone to use Brady in the future.

We had a great experience with McKee RV. Mike Harrah was fantastic in the sales department. Amber did a great job showing us the coach and all of the inns and out. Bob Marchello was our finance guy and went above and beyond to make every thing easy and understandable. My wife and i are sitting in our dream RV, offgrid in the woods of MO as we write this review. It all started back in March, with a phone call from Randy Fagan. He was following up on my inquiry. Randy is excellent at his job and jumped through hoops to bring our dream to reality. We purchased a 2025 Renegade Veracruz 32VDS, but we added the Elevation Offgrid package. This required them to acquire the mile long list of parts from EOG, then the modification process could begin. Austin and Jamie in Service did a great job transforming our Renegade into an offroad beast. It is even better than we had imagined. We had the pleasure of spending time with them on the day we picked it up, both of them are great guys on top of being top notch service tech's. Also, Thanks for the tip about the taco truck down the street, great burritos. We received picture after picture of the build progress, and it was greatly appreciated as well. Dave the finance manager, genuinely cares about his customers and it shows. I bothered this poor man with so many questions/scenarios, and he never hesitated to call/text, or chase down answers for me. We truly enjoyed hanging out in your office and getting to know you as a person. Last but not least, Tim was the gentleman that performed our orientation with us. He was very thorough, and another really good guy. He took the time to answer all of our questions, he even let us record the entire walk through so we could look back in case we forgot how something worked. ​Austin joined us to explain the liquid spring suspension, and hiw to use it. I can't say enough good things about this team at McKee RV. When our adventuring needs change, and it's time for a new RV, we know exactly who our first call will be. It has been 1 week in our new THOR Pasadena SuperC and I can’t thank McKee RV enough for all their help and support. Obviously we were full of questions because this is a huge purchase. Our salesman Ryan Osweiler was extremely knowledgeable and answered absolutely every question we had. When we called his cell outside of hours to leave a message, with even more questions, it wasn’t 10 minutes and he was calling us back. He was even available to help by cell on our first night. We just couldn’t get our A/C to work on the generator while we were moving from our old RV into the new and he went out of his way to get us cool! There was never any pressure to buy only complete and honest representation of the units we were considering. On pick up day our tour was with the technician that prepared our unit, Tim Berhow. Every question we had was answered with obvious knowledge and experience and some good old fashioned humor. He even tested us as we were going along to make sure we understood how each and every system worked. John Haakma in the finance department finished the sale and was just the nicest guy and fellow NASCAR fan. Again never any pressure to purchase extras just honest answers so we could make informed decisions. Our experience with McKee RV was a 10 out of 10.
