DO NOT purchase form these guys! Their customer service SUCKS! Been trying to get our motor home fixed for 3 months and one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Finally took it to FunTown RV in Elkhart IN and had it repaired in 3 days!! We did buy it brand new and it does still have factory coverage, one person knew this and never relayed it to the other so no parts were even ordered .
I'll start by saying I was pleasantly surprised by this humble little RV dealer in Northern Ohio. Greg worked with my mom to get the camper she wanted at a price that no body else could touch. The friendly service and honest people really made this an excellent experience all around. I personally have dealt with 2 other RV dealers and I would come back here in a heartbeat if they have a model that I want in the future. The prep and delivery guy was very knowledgeable and walked through every thing that we needed. We were blown away by the "extras" that were included in the deal too. It wasn't a rookie tour though since she has owned a travel trailer for a while now, but he covered the essentials for this model and he made some very good recommendations. The hitch setup was a breeze. I was leary about the Blue Ox going into this because I'd not heard of it before but I'm impressed and all the guys in the shop said they're great hitches and came highly recommended. It'll definitely be easy for my mother to handle on her own. I towed the trailer half way home down the freeway and it was very nice indeed. Sway was controlled and the truck could barely feel it back there. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping in here if you're looking for honest people just trying to get you into an RV you're going to love. I hope they are still around when I decide to upgrade ours!
We bought a 2025 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2908RL from Labadie RV and had a fantastic experience. Both Mark and Greg were knowledgeable, helpful, and communication was great. They recommended the necessary items we would need being this was our first camper but not pushy at all. We financed through their lender. Had the best rate. They walked us through and explained everything on the camper. Had only two issues. We noticed one the tires had a bulge during our walk through. Greg had it replaced right away. The other issue was our anode rod was cross threaded on the rod and the heater side and didn't realize until we were setup at the campground and discovered water leaking from the water heater. They sent Dan to our campground to do the repair. Top notch service and purchase experience. Great job to all at Labadie RV!

I’ve been eying an a-liner rockwood camper for over 6 years now and with the current situation it seemed the perfect time to buy since normal vacation options are less than ideal with crowds this year. I emailed with Greg the manager for a bit before calling to ask some questions. I’m coming from over 8 hours from the dealer but they had the Rockwood A122 that I wanted at a great price and no one else had them in my home state. I put down the deposit and made the drive out to Ohio from Pennsylvania. The pickup was super easy, Greg did the paperwork while one of his techs spent over 90 minutes going over the camper. It was a bit overwhelming with all the information but I think we walked away with what we needed to get going. We stayed close by the first night and realized the included attached grill was not working. A quick swing back through to the dealer and it was fixed. A few days later we realized something was wrong with the radio, we were passing back through the area and they immediately came out when we arrived and diagnosed the issue and started the process with replacing the radio. These campers are full of equipment from different manufactures so it’s good to have a dealer who knows what needs to go where for repair service, etc. We are glad we made the purchase at Labadie. Great pricing and super helpful staff especially considering we were not buying one of there super high end expensive units. Highly recommend!!
