Great company, excellent customer service, competitive pricing. You can tell this is a family run business. All employees are engaged and attentive without sales pressure. Better insurance connections in house than what is on the open market. Cost effective annual maintenance / inspection program keeps their coaches out having fun with less concern for potential unseen maintenance issues. With newer technology appliances this delivers peace of mind. Also, Giant offers competitive options for tire road hazard replacements as well as on site maintenance support when in the field. More peace of mind. We’ve been searching for 6+ months as our sales contact Warren patiently kept in touch by text as he saw new and used units that met our shopping list. Again- thankfully no high pressure sales - just help searching and information gathering, that ultimately led to the sale. Giant RV Maintenance and support personnel we equally engaging and ready available for technical questions. Impressively, employees had direct connections to the owners who had knowledge and resources readily available. Also they have active relationships with manufacturers reps for any hard to answer questions. Basically, folks at Giant were well connected, resourced and supported by an entire network. I couldn’t find any gaps in the customer service experience, and I tried. If anything my thought was that they could potentially slow down a little in (superlative) customer care delivery. We ended up with a 2026 Winnebago Thrive 25RLS couples travel trailer - modest by RV standards, not a large Class A or motor coach - but there was no skimping on taking care of us. We now have a new family at Giant RV. Thank you all.

Great buying experience from Giant Recreation! Warren B was great to work with. We love the new travel trailer. What really impressed me was after delivery I had an issue with my truck. I was roadside right up the street from Giant (at closing time). Warren, Larry G, and Alex all stopped to assist me when they saw me on their way home. What an awesome group of guys!!
Our decision to purchase our motorhome was probably largely based on the knowledge, honesty, and overall effort to please made by Dennis Miller. He made no high pressure sales pitches. He simply showed us what we wanted and explained in detail the information we needed which led us to the purhase.
