We recently purchased a used RV from Optimum RV and overall had a good experience. Our sales professional, Brian Graves, was fantastic to work with. He was patient, knowledgeable, and especially great with our 1.5-year-old while we were looking at different RVs, which we truly appreciated. He also went out of his way to help us find an RV with tall ceilings to comfortably accommodate my 6’10” husband—something that’s not always easy to find. Where things could improve was communication between the sales associate, management, and the service team. There were a few moments where better coordination would have made the process smoother. That said, we’re happy with the RV we purchased and grateful for Brian’s excellent customer service. Overall, a positive experience, and we’re excited to start making memories in our camper
I traveled from Zephyrhills, Florida to California to look at a specific model was available. I was in a visit to Marcus, generally new self person however he was in our mission for six years. His Knowledge of RV’s was quite in-depth, I think he will be a fantastic sales person. I do recommend him for his honesty and straightforwardness. He was helpful in multiple steps his way, I hope to keep in touch with him during my trouble. The entire staff, Sales, service and finance. With the top of the line and communications on every step of the way and anything they need. I was thoroughly impressed with the abundance of communication. Any question I had, I was provided an answer In short time. When I spoke to finance and went into detail of what I needed, they came through with a better deal than I expected. Thank you for everything and my next RV will also probably come From Optimum RV.
If you want to get a camper and a good price and want to be treated well, I’d recommend going here. Usually the worst part of any dealership is trying to get any work done in service, that’s not the experience you’ll get here. Jason is great, you can tell he truly cares about his job and truly cares about providing a good experience to you while you’re waiting for the longest part to be done and over with. I’ve have to bug him a few times now for things unrelated to him and certainly out of his control and he’s been incredible and responsive. Truly appreciate everyone here. Brian and Jim (our sales reps) were also wonderful and even our finance guy Narry, truly stand up group of people. Really appreciate everything!
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with smiles and warmth as if they knew me forever. I chatted with the receptionist for a bit had coffee then met the kindest man you could possibly know. Pierre came over introducing himself as I explained what I was looking for. I told him of my concerns and he reassured me walking me through each step of the way. You hear and read all bad stuff on dealerships no matter it be car or RV it's up to you to decide what is truth. I know my experience was awesome here and if I am in a need if anything they are a phone call away. 10 out of 10 in my book I can't recommend them enough. Go see my guy Pierre he will make your experience 💯
What a load of crap! The sales process was great but as soon as I signed the papers everything changed. Management and communication was horrible! I set up an appointment to pick it up six weeks after I bought it and the service dept had no idea so it wasn't ready. When they finally delivered it, there was so much wrong. Here are a few: - spark plugs miss-firing - windshield wiper blew off - didn't perform required oil change - furnace didn't ignite - no license plate - pop in windshield while driving - propane tank only 1/3 full (they were supposed to fill it) - grey and black tanks not emptied
