So I've never purchased a camper before and thought, hey let's do it! I looked at a bunch of campers online and was really interested in one here at campers Inn Naperville. I called up and spoke with Sue. Let me just start with how amazing she really is. She is extremely honest in every way. Gave me the pros and cons with each rv I looked at and Never pressured me into anything. She was extremely helpful and honest throughout the entire process. Sue knows what she's doing and she knows how to treat her customers. By the time I competed my purchased and was ready to hit the road I felt like I've known her for years, she's truly that great. If you're in the market for a new camper stop here first and say hello to my great saleswoman and friend, Sue. Sue, thank you again for an amazing purchasing experience. I'm sure I'll be seeing you again.
Our experience with Campers Inn of Leesburg was hands-down one of the worst service experiences we have ever had and one of the worst I’ve personally experience in my 38 years on this planet. Grech (our RV brand) connected us with this location back in December after a Texas dealer could not complete the required repairs to our unit after it sitting there for 3 weeks. We were scheduled to drop off our van on a Monday, only to be called the Friday before and told not to come because they “didn’t have all the parts.” This was despite the fact that those parts had been delivered on January 7th and receipt acknowledged by this location. They claimed for days they never received our replacement door which was the biggest repair we needed. This door was shipped ahead of time, clearly labeled and confirmed as ours. Campers Inn then: • Spent days insisting they never received it • We had multiple staff members deny its existence and literally gaslight us • The woman working in parts the day we dropped off was so unapologetically rude to us and very upset when we asked about it • Only to finally find out that they installed OUR door on another customer’s van due to their negligence. That admission came only after Grech escalated the issue to Campers Inn’s sales manager, Tyler. Once Tyler was involved, we finally began receiving updates—something we had been repeatedly asking for with little to no response prior to escalation with their service department. Because of Campers Inn’s mistake with the door, we now have to wait another three weeks for a new made-to-order door to be built and shipped. So with shipping, at least another month. Michael (manager of the service department) let us know over the phone that this was Grech’s fault, not the fault of his team. He “wanted to make that clear”. Our interactions with David Sapp were particularly troubling. David demonstrated zero customer service awareness and spent the majority of every interaction explaining what he was not responsible for and what was “not his job.” Literally his words every time. This attitude perfectly encapsulates the dysfunction of this service department. The first night our van was there, David left it unlocked with the keys inside, despite us explicitly telling him multiple times at drop-off to make sure it was locked. All of our personal belongings were inside. At 10 PM, we had to remotely lock the van from our phone. The next morning, David texted us in a panic because he couldn’t find the keys—keys that he himself had left inside an unlocked vehicle. (Now this honestly makes me giggle because what a foolish mistake.) Communication throughout this process was abysmal. Phones go unanswered. Messages go unreturned. Information constantly changed depending on who you spoke to. To make matters worse, the parts and service staff openly bad-mouthed their own management during interactions with us, which is wildly unprofessional. When my husband finally picked up our van yesterday afternoon, we found: • Lithium batteries dangerously low at 35% despite us leaving the battery kill switch off and no electrical work being done. Seriously guys????? • A toilet seat bolt that was claimed to be fixed twice, but was not done at all nor their responsibility nor do they have time for that type of item (per David Sapp) Honestly, I should have paid attention when another customer was visibly furious and stormed out the day we dropped off. After our experience, I genuinely feel empathy for that man. This location was recommended by Grech as one of their best. Grech did step in repeatedly push to get answers and keep things moving—but Campers Inn of Leesburg’s lack of accountability, communication, and basic competence completely undermined that effort. They literally can’t be bothered to return your call or follow up with you. I guess they will tell you that is also “not their job”. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We have had far better experiences at General RV in other states.
From the first phone call to the actual handshake, these gentlemen were the real deal!!! Dan- Tyler- Jason and everyone else went the ABSOLUTE extra mile for our purchase!! Because of their knowledge, kindness, and willingness to put in the work to make this process smooth, we happily flew out to Florida to purchase our dream RV! Highly Highly Recommended!! It’s worth the call and the travel! Hands down - the BEST!
Allen is a great sales rep. We were looking for a used class B van. Allen wasn't pushy, and was very knowledgeable about the different options available between manufacturers, model years, and models. He was willing to answer all our questions, and demonstrated many of the important differences between vans. He was also very gracious when we changed our mind regarding purchasing a particular van in favor of another. All in all, we had a good buying experience. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with Allen and Campers Inn RV. Up to that point we had some horrific experiences with other dealers. We highly recommend working with Allen and Campers Inn RV for your RV purchase.
Im going to start with this i dont normally leave reviews. With that being said Tripp Ward the salesman an Dan Flanagan the gm knocked it outta the park. Made it a breeze looking at the camper and answering any questions we had. There were a few things found on our third party inspection they took care of it immediately before pick up. Then had a window issue after we got the camper back to sav, which they covered transport , jayco denied the window claim but these 2 got it worked out an got it paid for from the dealership. Their customer service is on point, if your tryin to decide where to go to buy a camper, hands down campers inn in Leesburg flordia is the place to go. Thanks again guys Tripp Ward and Dan Flanagan it was a pleasure doing business! :)

Set your budget first
RV prices range from under $10,000 for used travel trailers to $300,000+ for Class A diesel pushers. Know your number before you browse. Use SearchShop's payment estimator on any Campers Inn RV Of Leesburg listing to model monthly costs.
Pick the right RV type
Travel trailers and fifth wheels need a capable tow vehicle. Class B and C motorhomes offer an easier entry point. Class A motorhomes give the most space. Ask the team at Campers Inn RV Of Leesburg which type fits your camping style.
Inspect these on every unit
Check the roof for cracks or soft spots (signs of water damage). Open every slideout and look for seal wear. Run all appliances. Test the generator, AC, and water heater. Check the underbelly for rust or damage.
Know the weight ratings
Every RV has a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR). Overloading causes tire blowouts and frame damage. Compare the GVWR against your intended load before committing.
Review service records
Ask Campers Inn RV Of Leesburg for any available service history. Regular maintenance records — oil changes, roof resealing, slide service — signal a well-cared-for unit.
