As first-time RV buyers, we were fortunate to run across PPL Motorhomes in Summerfield, FL. We had been searching for a used 5th wheel toy hauler for many months. We had attended a RV show and looked at floor plans to better understand what we needed to find in our search. We finally found a 5th wheel that matched most of our wants and made a same-day appointment with Matthew to tour the RV. Matthew was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and let us take our time with the unit. Once we were satisfied we wanted to move forward to purchase, Matthew expertly guided us through the offer, PPL's consignment fees (we were purchasing an consignment RV), inspection processes and timelines, and introduced us to the parts team to begin building out our RV starter kit. Connor handled the financing and was very helpful answering all of our questions prior to our closing date. Maro walked us through the unit on closing day. While Maro had not completed the inspection, he had spent time with the RV prior to our arrival to familiarize himself with the unit and the inspector's notes. As first-time buyers, we needed to be guided through everything. Maro was patient and gracious, giving us all the time and space needed to feel comfortable with each step of the inspection review process. We reviewed all of the inspectors notes with Maro. We had also printed out our own inspection report and checked off many of the boxes from that report. Maro was respectful of our need to dig deeper than their normal process and allowed us the time needed to be comfortable with our purchase. Because we were first time RV buyers, Maro also walked us through proper set up procedures for the 5th wheel. He showed us how to properly level our unit, how to connect our sewer and water hoses, and how to connect power. Maro also told us we should lock down our power surge protector (from our RV starter kit) because, "they grow legs at campgrounds." He also recommended installing our water filter (also from the RV starter kit) inside the wet compartment as opposed to at the water spigot to ensure it also didn't disappear. After the inspection, we went to the closing with Connor. He had our paperwork prepared and was also ready to present three extended warranty options. The closing was very smooth. We live in Georgia but were purchasing from Florida. Connor had learned about the FL / GA reciprocal tax and licensing guidelines to ensure we were registered in Georgia and didn't have to pay a double tax bill. Maro stayed past the business' closing time, waiting through our closing process with Connor, to help ensure we coupled our truck and the 5th wheel properly, gave additional instruction on proper hitching and safety checks, and also coached my wife on several spotter techniques she used during our trip home. Maro then helped guide us out of the lot, making sure we were on the road safely. Two days after the sale we set up our 5th wheel for the first time. There were some questions we couldn't find the answers to in our notes so I called Matthew at PPL. Matthew answered the questions he could and then asked one of their service team members to call me back. The service team called back within minutes and spent 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me through some of the setup procedures to ensure we were properly connected and operational at our first RV park. We were very impressed with the entire team at the Summerfield, FL PPL Motorhomes location and recommend them highly. You will not be dissappointed.

I found a unit online that was located at PPL and immediately called them to take a look at it. I was connected with Brandon Roberts who has taken care of me through the whole process. Being brand new to the RV and not knowing what to expect, I was extremely pleased with the whole experience. Brandon was extremely professional and has a real down to earth personality as well. You won't experience any stereotypical pushy sales personnel here much like you would at a car dealership. I was immediately put at ease by everyone I encountered. Andy and Connor took care of the paperwork/financing aspect of it which went WAY better than I expected. They were able to offer more competitive financing than that which my financial institutions could provide. Overall I could not be happier with the PPL as a whole. The unit I purchased is a used unit that was on consignment, but I was offered a pretty detailed history which increases my confidence in purchasing my first RV. They will have a technician doing an inspection prior to taking delivery which is absolutely essential in purchasing any pre-owned vehicle, so I can rest assured that a professional will be looking at this rather than myself that is brand new to this world. I would definitely recommend PPL as a whole.

We recently purchased a 33' travel trailer through PPL, and we are very satisfied with the transaction. From initial viewing through closing, Kevin was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and made it a pleasure to buy there. Alycia in the parts department was also great and set us up with a great introductory package. PPL noted a few deficiencies in the used camper on pre-inspection, and the service department was able to fix them the same day as the closing to repair and get the unit ready to roll. Connor was able to set up financing at a competitive rate, and everything was managed in-house. We towed it to Pennsylvania the next day, and it made it with no issues. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would buy there again.

She was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process clearly. She made sure everything was organized and that my RV was properly listed and marketed. Kristin did a very thorough job with the RV inspection. She was detailed, careful, and made sure everything was reviewed properly. I really appreciated how comprehensive she was during the inspection process. Together, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Bought this cute rpod from ppl motor homes! The turnover is quite quick on thier consignment items! We had gone up to to look at a particular camper and it was pending already! We found another one they hadn't put on the website yet and it turns out its a great little camper for our Kids! Connor was quick with the closing and everyone seemed friendly there! Secretary (sorry dont remember her name) was veey welcoming! Would recommend PPL to anyone looking for a camper or motorhome!
