I just want to share my overall experiences with optimum rv and their employee's from the beginning. It was a great experience. They made us feel like we were part of the family. They wanted to know the interest of why we wanted an rv. They wanted to make sure that that was what we really wanted. James, the salesman was great. He showed us different rvs. He explained to us everything that we asked questions about. Then, Michael does the parts manager. He helped us and gave us information being it was our first purchase. Then, Chris. The mainstream concerning a warranty, he was excellent. Every person alley who's the girl that works for customer service? She was awesome. The experiences we've had with optimum rv and their employee's have been great.I would recommend to anyone that's the place to go if you really want an rv.They really care they are concerned about every question.And if they don't know the answer, they get it for you.If we are purchasing another one in the future, that's where we're going to go.Excellent excellent excellent

Would NOT recommend this dealer. Bought a 2022 GULFSTREAM 248 bunkhouse. Showed salesman a ceiling trim coming loose. They said they would take care of it. When I got it home - noticed THEY NEVER REPAIRED IT. Went to unhook to trailer and the jack was seized. Had to spend $273 for an RV emergency service ( NICHOLS RV in Eustis ). Called Optimum and they refused to reimburse me. Wanted me to make a 160 mi round trip back to Mim's to repair the ceiling molding. NO WAY. Got rid of trailer when I found rotted ceiling causing trim to eventually fall out.
