Let me say first and foremost our buying experience was very positive and we would buy from Giant Recreation World RV again. Paul (sales), Brandon and Austin (Finance) and Randy (deliver coordinator ) were all awesome and took great care of us. They explained everything completely and when we left we understood my rv, loan and warrenties. We highly recommend them. We love our 2018 leprechaun If you want to take the time to read the rat of our review it may help you in your buying. Get an inspection. No matter how great an RV looks if you are not a professional rv person you may miss problems. We had a few hiccups With our used rv that could have been identified before we bought. We how ever were so excited and didn't think we needed one and we were wrong. Thankfully James the sales manager worked with us on some of the issues that the dealership missed in thier prep. We absolutely appreciate them working with us to resolve.

What an amazing team I got to work with; Paul, Brandon and Travis. Each one so very knowledgeable in their expertise Of their jobs. Helped make my dream of owning a RV come true. Paul was patient and Helped Me choose the perfect RV, he listened to my comments when we walked through the models and found the one that had everything that I liked and more. Brandon worked his magic getting all the required documents together making sure I had everything that the bank would need making the process so much easier. Brandon took his time today going over all the paperwork explaining everything answering all my questions made it so much easier. Travis is very thorough with explaining how to use the different things in the RV making sure I understood how things worked providing not just the how but the whys and some what ifs and how to fix them. I feel so comfortable now than before. Each of them treated me like family and helped build my confidence. Thank you Team Barbara family I say 5+ stars

**Update 12/12 - WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR RV BACK, horrible response from owner, He does NOT even realize they STILL have my RV so eco is NOT completed yet. Need I say more? very poor customer svc** I highly recommend you do ALOT of research & visit as many dealerships as you can before you decide who you are going to buy from. I purchased a brand new 2025 Coachman Galleria RV with ALL of the extended warranties, everything they had to offer-->which was a big mistake, what a scam! I HIGHLY recommend that YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE ECO TREATMENT!!! IT IS A TOTAL SCAM! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OPTION! It was an ordeal just trying to get us scheduled for this treatment, we brought our RV in for treatment on July 1st, after about an hour & a half of waiting they said the RV was ready. Great! We got home & inspected the roof & they did not even wash the bird poop off of the roof before they "supposedly" applied a paint protector. They really LOVE TO WASTE YOUR TIME; Fast forward to our current service appt. & this new service advisor stated, "There is no way they did the Eco treatment on that in an hour in a half it takes a lot longer than that." So, they actually admitted they NEVER did the treatment! But they wasted our time & they told us they did it??? UNBELIVABLY DISHONEST COMPANY! Guess who gets to take time out of their day to bring it BACK for treatment that I paid extra for? A second time? Do you think they will actually do it this time?? Anyways, there is so much I have to say about this dealership, it just keeps getting worse. If you purchase a class "B" again do your research because they do NOT know anything about these coaches. I was showing the salesman stuff he had no idea was even there. There was a set of keys that the technician doing the walkthrough on delivery had no idea what they went to! LOL Luckily my father has had an RV before, & he advised me to look for a safe maybe the keys go to that. Well surprise, we found a safe no one even told us about! The walk though was an absolute joke! YouTube will teach you more than they ever will. Also, make sure you check for HOT water in the shower not just the sink during the walk thru, might save you some headaches. As a new RV owner, I had no idea that when you purchase a new RV, they will set up an appointment to bring it back in 3 months to fix all of the things that you found wrong with it. So be prepared to be without it for months, don't make any plans for trips for the first 6 months. I purchased it June 18th, 2025, we opened a service ticket in August & brought it back to the dealership at the beginning of October 6th for service. We had a water pump issue, a cabinet door needed to be replaced, & an awning issue. They still have it as of 11/18/25 & we have no idea if we'll even get this thing back before the new year with all of the problems & service issues we are having, the next round of parts is due to arrive on 11/22/25, so we will see. So much for enjoying the holidays in our NEW RV!!! After them having it for over a month, they are now arguing with the awning manufacturer over some parts that still need to be replaced, meanwhile I still have no RV & it's just sitting on their lot while they wait for more parts & fight over who's paying for it. Mind you, I paid for the extended warranties; so, it should not take weeks to figure this out & replace the awning. I understand these things can take time but it should not take this long to determine who's paying when the customer purchased the additional warranties. We have now just discovered that the Mercedes chassis is a 2023, even though the coach is a 2025. Guess what that means, yep! It's been overdue for an oil change. They do NOT do this at GRW so you will have to take it to the Mercedes dealership & be prepared to cough up $1,800 just for an oil change. Might want factor this in when you are purchasing the RV because THEY WON'T TELL YOU THIS at Giant Recreation World. Bottom line is this company is really dishonest, and they do not care about the customer once they have made the sale.

David and Alex are excellent folks to deal with . David is the ONLY reason I bought my camper at GRW . I was looking at one at another dealer, I had a quote and was ready to go. Then I contacted GRW on a Forest river model I had also seen and he pretty much worked it to meet the quoted Price I had for the coleman I was looking at Camper World.David was always available to answer my questions even on his day off. Alex is the delivery guy he walks you thru the set up and operations of the camper. Very thorough and easy going.answers all your questions . Once we had completed delivery we had hooked up to and was trying to leave but began having a brake issue . Alex saw this and contacted Travis in service. Travis arrived and looked at the issue. Well all of a sudden the unit started to smoke and burn. Needless to say GRW kept the camper for an additional week (Over labor day weekend) Yes we were bummed Plans were shot . I am told all of this was caused by a faulty seven pin plug supplied to forrest river from there vendor . I was very Rattled over this situation after all I do not buy campers all the time . Meanwhile I Had to buy some additional Items at the store there on site and made a comment to Cheri ,"This should be free with all my headaches and frustrations ". She then stated "Ask Brandon in Finance for a giftcard". Well Brandon was off that day so I emailed him. Days Later NO response. I then dropped it David's ear multiple times still nothing . I am surprised that I am still waiting to see if they will indeed compensate me a bit for this unpleasent issue. Update Today David made good and got us some compesation for the trailer Fire issue . I was seeking to buy a travel trailer, but had a unique timing and financial situation. I visited other RV dealers and their services felt very gimmicky and pushy. I almost gave up on my search when I visited Giant Recreation World. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and weren’t pushy at all. They made sure I had all the information I needed, answered all my questions, made a few recommendations, and made sure to follow up in a way that wasn’t at all forceful or annoying (for lack of a better word.) Kevin Alvarez was my Sales associate. Nice guy. Extremely knowledgeable of the various types of RVs and trailers. I was very specific about my needs and he was able to find the perfect travel trailer for me. He was always available to answer any questions — even on days off and when on vacation! He served as a liaison for the service and finance departments while I finalized my purchase and even months afterwards whenever I had questions. Brandon Plummer was the Finance Manager. I put Brandon through the wringer with questions about warranties and services. He didn’t flinch. He was also extremely knowledgeable in helping me find the best financing options and in securing the purchase within my unique timing circumstance. I’m also glad I listened to his advice in specific service warranties which have proven to be very helpful me. Alex Rivera was my Delivery Coordinator. He was detail-oriented and very thorough in his explanation of the trailer and the various parts I’d have to tend to. I am a first-time RV/trailer owned and was a bit nervous about the process, but he made himself available on several occasions for walk-throughs and explanations. He even helped me walk through the store to select necessary items for the initial set-up. I am very grateful for the team at Giant Recreation World. Having shopped around, their prices are fair and transparent. The service is excellent — during the purchasing process, and also afterwards. I’d recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV or trailer. They are extremely supportive and help make the process as smooth as possible. And if you’re new to RVing, they’ll make sure that you definitely walk out of there feeling confident about your purchase and the overall RV lifestyle. Very pleased with them and would recommend.
