I was helped by Rico and Steve of Optimum RV in Bushnell, FL. We were looking at one of the diesel pushers they had in stock. Both Rico and Steve were very helpful in our search. They went out of their way to get us pictures and videos before we went to look at the coach in Bushnell. Rico even came in on his day off to assist us. Steve was especially knowledgeable about Diesel Pushers, and helped explain the various features and benefits of the coach we were looking at. He was also very knowledgeable about the Bushnell service technicians and the various things that were being done to bring the coach up to saleable condition. Steve was also very much on our side as we negotiated the price of the coach. Much thanks and appreciation to both Steve and Rico for their help.

Our salesperson Ashton was a young 22 year old that was as professional as they come. He treated us with respect, and when we called half a dozen times before visiting, he was always patient and helpful. If I ever bought another RV I would visit there first.

After being burned by Camping World (surprise), I reached out to Optimum RV to get a travel trailer that same day as I was leaving for work the following day. I ended up coming and buying a gently used Avenger unit. I worked with Ken and he showed me several models before I picked mine. Super appreciative of Ken and the finance manager for dealing with my co-signer situation. They had everything ready when promised, and the GSM stepped up to replace a bent stabilizer. It’s been a month, and so far no leaks, no failures. Only bad thing was the kitchen sink started leaking, but $30 later air was fixed.
