I was having problems w/ my tankless water heater. The tech was very professional and quickly figured out the issue. Kat at the office reassured me she could forward my claim to Forrest River to see if it would be covered under my warranty. She was very efficient, kind, helpful and professional. On the day my part came in, I spoke with Kat. I happened to be lucky enough to reach her at the dealership on her day off (dedicated employee). I asked if the tech had availability that day or the next day, since those were my only days off. She said he was booked, but she would let him know in case he was able to fit me into his schedule. That day last minute Bruce who was already fully booked… said he had an opening and he would be out within 45 minutes. He was quick, professional and kind. I can’t verbalize how happy I am with the service I received from these employees. Their kindness, professionalism and can do attitudes exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Zephyrhills branch and will continue to use their services.
My husband and I are giving a five star rating to this dealership because every step of the way each person we encountered were personable, friendly, and made sure every question we had was answered to our satisfaction. They were ALL knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely happy for us too.

If you were looking for an RV and trying to finance one, this is the place to go They are honest upfront people, and they will not loan their credit for multiple times Our sales person was Wayne They even help us find reasonable priced transport In order to get the RV home I also want to give a shout out to Bruce in the service department Within our first 24 hours we had a concern And instantly the service department sent out Bruce And Bruce helped us call more worries. I took care of everything. This place is outstanding with customer service they will take care of you and lead you in the right direction And if you have an issue, they will not advise you. They will help me try to solve it and figure out the best solution. Which is highly respectable
We searched for the perfect camper for over a year. We visited multiple places before We purchased our 2021 Forest River Impression 5th wheel from optimum in zephyrhills. Our salesman was Alexis. She was great! Dealing with different salesmen at different places, she was honestly the best. I highly recommend her! Thank you Alexis! We are loving and enjoying the camper life because of you!
Alexis was excellent; she was able to answer all of my questions (of which I had many) with the knowledge of a seasoned salesperson. She was able to look on her end and find several RVs on the lot that had my requirements but that I didn’t see on the website. To me, that was very helpful. I had some very poor experiences at other dealers, including one person who took almost an hour of driving in circles on his huge lot to find this one rv that did not even match what I asked for. So, Alexis was a breath of fresh air. Although the perfect RV for me wasn’t on that lot, I truly wish I could’ve bought one from her, just based on customer experience. Thank you, Alexis!
