Large purchases and dealerships can always be a drag but I will say that my experience was extremely accommodating and pleasant. Chris was my first point of contact and from day one he was confident and determined to put us in the boat we wanted with absolute transparency and honesty. Christine treated us like family and was on top of her game handling our purchase both in-house and remotely throughout the whole process. Last but not least thank you to Konstatin for his thoroughness and attention to detail ensuring our documentation was not only correct but handled at lightning fast speeds to get us on the water as soon as possible. If you’ve had a bad experience at a certain dealer or big box store which then discouraged you from going further on a recreational toy like in my situation, I highly recommend reaching out to their team and letting them put you in the unit you want without any smoke and mirrors, deceitful tactics nor false promises. There is a reason I drove nearly 300 miles round trip twice for my purchase and that’s because I was not given any type of run around, no bait and switch, no false promises or excuses, and just an overall mindset of each named above with their “let’s make it happen” attitude. The way I was treated from our initial contact down to when we left the facility with our boat a mere week later sealed the deal for my preferred recreational vehicle dealer in the future. Great group of guys. Stood by their quotes and made the process easy. Had to get a bigger and safer boat for the little one to go. We love it. Took the whole family out on the 4th. Thank you for the best boat I’ve ever owned. Will definitely come back if I need something larger in the future.

The positive, Allen our sales rep was great, found us our Pontoon, always answered questions, and returns calls/texts very promptly. The disappointing/unprofessional part: We were told the 2023 Lexington came with a depth finder, when we arrived to pick up the boat there was no depth finder, and there was paperwork for the depth finder on the boat. We were told and I quote from WES.."These are standard now" "Don't buy one, I am going to find out what happened and get this figured out". From Kon and I quote " I am going to pull your file and call you back in about 15 minutes" Never heard from either of them again. I texted, called, waited for any type of communication, nothing. This should've been a simple fix. As a small business co-owner, I am a firm believer in say what you mean and mean what you say, clearly this business does not, terrible customer service.

Victoria was a great sales person. She listened to what we were looking for and worked hard to find it. We initially were looking for a newer used boat. She showed us new and used. She was very knowledgeable and never did a hard sell. We did see a new boat that we really liked but the price was more than we had planned to pay. The reason we considered it was Victoria's ability to tell us all of the features. We continued to look at used boats but kept coming back to this new 2023 Palm Breeze 318. Victoria kept checking in and worked to get us into this boat. After two months we had the boat. All of the team was helpful, courteous and friendly. But we thank Victoria for staying with us and helping us make this purchase. We are extremely happy with it and the overall experience.
