Will was extremely help full not only during the sale but continues to this day to respond on any minor issues that need resolved. I had him upgrade the head lights and tail lights to modern standards. All done at a very reasonable cost and timely installation. Any calls or texts are answered as timely now as when i was in the process of purchasing the Coach.

We have an older coach that we really love as it's rare floorplan is perfect for my husband who is in a wheelchair. We have had MULTPLE businesses rip us off for one repair or another over the years, and when we found we had a massive leak on the roof of the giant slide, yet another hack said it was fixed, only to find out it was just a big Band-Aid and the walls inside flooded again. After some looking, I found Excalibur. He actually tried to talk us out of putting money in it since it's older and not worth much "on paper", but we LOVE this old coach and really wanted it to be our last. My husband is comfortable getting around in it as the giant slide doubles the floor space. Comparable new coaches are a half million and up now, and no one will convince me they are half the quality of build this one is. The repair to the huge slide roof was nothing short of stunning! One solid length of metal, sealed and reinforced tube framing underneath the skin. All the rotted wood underneath was replaced and cleaned up as well. Having done that, and being soooo happy with the results, we decided to move on to other wish list items. Long story short, tho a lengthy process in all, we have had William (Doug) completely renovate this 2007 coach into a work of art! All residential appliances, reupholstered dinette and couch, driver and passenger seats, new stove and revised propane supply, residential refrigerator, stacker washer and dryer, repaired main electrical system, new lighting, complete paint job, new radio and back up camera system, new large tv's front and rear, custom kitchen cabinetry and solid surface counters, matching laminate dinette table, huge hot water supply system, renovated stall shower to a residential shower for my husband's comfort, water bay rebuild with new fittings and hook ups, roof recoat and repair on the old dome skylight adding LED halo lights inside, new ceramic tile floor throughout and beautiful carpet in the bedroom, repaired the slide topper and repaired the control system on the main awning, and so many more small touches that I can't even list! I read the other reviews and am sad that people had a bad experience of some kind. Like everything, I'm sure there is a back story that people can't know when they read the reviews and, sadly, this will color some decisions to use this company. For us, the renovation of this old coach has reinspired our love for it. We too had mostly bad experiences with other vendors working on these coaches and truck shops for the drive train, etc. It's hard to trust anyone after so many bad experiences, but I'm glad I gave William the opportunity to work on this. He is a perfectionist and really an artist about these coaches. He has a new appreciation for an old Bounder as well! They aren't built like that anymore! You can't please everyone, so please don't let a couple unfortunate instances dissuade you from talking to William (Doug) if you have repair/renovation needs.

This guy is a con artist! He marketed the Prevost as in great shape, road ready. I trusted him being a repair shop that he wouldn’t be so blatantly dishonest! I didn’t get it to the campground in the same town before things started breaking. Thank God I didn’t get back on the road to Pa because now I find out after $33,000 in repairs that the tie rods are also loose. This guy is nothing but a scammer. Don’t trust him!!!

WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! I cannot warn fellow RV owners enough—STAY FAR AWAY from this dishonest and predatory company! This so-called “RV repair” business is one of the most unethical, incompetent, and fraudulent operations I’ve ever encountered. Blatant Lies & Deception From the very beginning, they have lied to me repeatedly. Every promise made, every estimate given, and every supposed “repair” was either completely fabricated or botched beyond belief. Shady Business Practices Cash-Only Demands – They insist on cash payments, likely to avoid accountability. Then, only after you have paid, you can pick up your bus, but no one is ever at the location if you have issues. Endless Repair Failures – They’ve tried MULTIPLE times to fix numerous issues and have FAILED every single time. Instead of correcting their mistakes, they have the audacity to bill me even more if I take the 10 hour trip to bring it back. Bait & Switch Estimates – They provided an estimate, and when I approved only a portion of it, they went ahead and charged me for everything anyway! Not only did they charge me for the full estimate, they only attempted to complete about half of it. Non-Delivered Parts & Fake Charges – They have charged thousands for parts and services that were never provided, then tacked on extra tax for nonexistent items! Zero Accountability, Zero Results Not only did they NOT accomplish the tasks they were paid for, but their so-called “repairs” have only made things worse. At this point, I wouldn’t trust the team at Excalibur to touch my bus again. Final Verdict: FRAUDULENT & INCOMPETENT This business is nothing but a scam operation that takes advantage of hardworking RV owners. Save yourself the money, stress, and frustration—go ANYWHERE ELSE. I’m considering reporting them to the BBB, attorney general, and consumer protection agencies because what they are doing is outright THEFT. 🚫 DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚫

Job well done! Definitely will return for other repairs if needed. Owner (Doug) and staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Doug has decades of experience working on RVs and was able to diagnose my electrical problem and repair it immediately. Straight forward quote, service, and invoicing. He got out his multi-meter and started diagnosing the entire system the old way. No short cuts. Old school knowledge. Without hesitation I would have Excalibur work on my coach anytime. Great job team!!
