this is my second time renting from el monte. My friend and I and my two dogs drove from Florida to California for the second time. This time we took the C class family sleeper and it was perfect! It ran perfect. It had plenty of room. We had a lot of stuff to bring back with us from florida and everything fit. Really really loved this RV and have always had great customer service from El Monte. Highly recommend.
This was my first time using El Monte and it was great!! Jacob gave me first class customer service. He was very knowledgable and helpful with tips and advice for my adventure! The RV was fantastic and super clean. I WILL be using them again 100%~! Thanks for a great expercience JACOB!!
Good experience booking our A Class. This is our 2nd rental with El Monte. Disappointed with a couple of issues. -Our unit was ready when we got there at 11:00 but we were told we had to wait till 1:00. -We had to clean the floor ourselves as it was not clean. -We were informed leaving our vehicle was a $15.00 charge per day when it was free last time. We were charged $20.00 per day instead. -We had our own EZ pass but were informed afterward they do not work anymore as of April 2025. We were charged $25.00 to use your system. I understand you are in the business to make money but disappointed in the small stuff. If we pay $250.00 a day for a unit and another $120.00 a day for a camp site we can get a very high end hotel for that.
Got a banged up RV that had body damage and dents already. The table that was supposed to fold down and turn into a bed didn't. Was the loudest most uncomfortable ride ever. Was charged $365 for a chipped window that was there before I got it. As well as all the other damage. They say its a deal and end up charging you hundreds of dollars for damages that have nothing to do with you. Ill never rent from Elmonte again and they are crooks. They didn't compensate for the tank fuses being malfunctioning and the table bed not being accessible. Worst expirence with a rental company and dont believe the deals. I was also charged $228 for extra milage when it was under 2800 miles that I was told was free. Will never recommend or use this service again.
this was our first motorhome experience, celebrating my birthday, it was an excellent trip, the new motorhome, year 2022, excellent conditions, everything clean, impeccable, the vehicle worked perfect. we recommend it super well. it was an excellent family experience. We loved it. Francis took great care of us. She always has a good smile on her face and transmits a very good vibes. Thanks Francis and El Monte RV Orlando for the wonderful moments.
