As first-time RV owners, we had shopped around and compared prices for a while, looking specifically at the Coachmen NOVA Li3. Eagle's Pride had precisely what we wanted at a great price. We initially worked with Bruce through phone/email to start the buying process, and he was prompt with responses, friendly, and easy to work with. Upon arrival at Eagle's Pride to pick up our NOVA, we met and worked with Josh & Jena to complete the sale transaction. They had everything ready and answered all our questions throughout the process. Josh then did a thorough walk-through with us and explained all the features and how to operate everything in the RV. As out-of-state buyers, we made the purchase agreement before even seeing the RV or going to the dealership in person, and everything was exactly as described. We had some confusion with our own NC state DMV regarding the mailing location of paperwork, which Jena quickly helped us resolve. Overall experience was great, and we love our new Class B Coachmen. Don't hesitate to make your purchase here at Eagle's Pride. I especially appreciate that they are a small family-owned business that values their customer relationships!
Eagle’s Pride is a great place to buy a used RV. I purchased mine there (two years ago) and still could not be happier. Josh and Jena are wonderful people to work with, and they make the process simple. The coach I bought needed a few things done, but nothing was hidden, and their honesty and integrity shone through the entire process. I asked about some things, and Josh made it happen seamlessly. I sometimes think about changing it up and looking for something else, and their website is always one of my first stops. So, enough about buying another RV, what about selling? If the day ever comes to sell my RV, I think I will visit and consult with Eagle’s Pride to do that as well. All the RVs on their lot were of high quality, as is mine. I know they will also give me timely and knowledgeable advice in that process. I still stop by when in the area to say hi, as that is the kind of person they are!
