I highly recommend Dominion Chevrolet for all your service work. I need some work done to my Tahoe and I brought it into them and they took care of it right away. They told me what wrong and just how much was it was going to cost to have the work done and gave me a timeline of when it should be done. They got the parts in and had my Tahoe back to me with in a couple days and under what they said it was going to be. Happy Camper... Donny and his team work's magic. Thank you for always taking care of me and my family and making sure that we are always safe in our cars
I would never recommend Dominion Chevrolet after the experience I’ve had. When my vehicle was totaled, I relied on them to handle the GAP coverage properly. Instead, I’ve been left with nearly $9,500 still owed even after paying extra out of pocket — and zero accountability from the dealership. What makes it worse is that instead of owning up to their mistake, they actually suggested I lie to the GAP insurance company and say I used my truck for personal use, when I clearly told them from the beginning it was purchased for commercial use. That’s completely unethical and shows they care more about covering themselves than doing right by their customers. This whole process has been nothing but stress, excuses, and finger-pointing. A dealership should stand behind their customers, not throw them under the bus. If you’re thinking of buying here — don’t. The sale might seem smooth, but when real issues come up, you’ll see how little they value honesty or customer care. Any questions, ask away. I have all the messages etc.

I have never purchased a vehicle from here, but I've used the service center many times over the years. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They always do great and honest work, and they never try and rip you off like a lot of places and dealerships. They are also always professional and friendly when answering the phone, no matter which department you call. Thank you Dominion for being trustworthy as well as accommodating.
