My wife and I got into RVing for the first time about three years ago. Since we purchased our first class B RV, it has been a comedy of errors. It’s no secret that most RV dealers are a nightmare and RV service places are almost as bad. The market is full of ripoff artists and flat out criminals. We purchased our Thor class C at another dealer who promised excellent service, but their service department was atrocious. A friend of mine recommended I call Thrills RV. Due to our history, I wasn’t expecting much and my guard was up. I have not bought an RV from thrills, but I did bring our pride and joy into them for some relatively complex upgrade work to our battery system. Long story short? The work done was fantastic. No smoke and mirrors. No lies or obfuscations. They just got the work done and the pricing in the end was fantastic. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. Phil, the service manager, inspired confidence and didn’t let me down through the entire process. I really couldn’t be happier and I feel so much better about owning an RV now that I now have a knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy company to work with to keep our rig on the road. I highly recommend THRILLS RV. My new 2026 travel trailer had a couple hiccups at Forrest River, as that's the way things go sometimes. Grant and THRILLS RV owners communicated through the process and really saved the day on getting everything resolved. I am grateful for their help and seeing it through with integrity and honesty. Thrills RV was the third RV sales for us to check out…..and the last. They are so friendly, informative, and go that extra mile to get to where you need to be. And it was nice dealing with owners of a small business.
