Noah was good at helping finalize the paperwork process. The service department was helpful with the extras we wanted for the Airstream. They are a great team and work well together.

I emailed them to get a quote for a factory order. I received a "personalized" video greeting from the GM (it was not personalized) and assurances that I would hear from a sales person shortly. Despite giving all the details of what I was looking for in my email (make, model, options) the sales person was not made aware of those details. Once I told him the details he said he would get me a quote. Two days later after not hearing anything I told him not to bother and I contacted another dealership that was eager to have my business. I wanted to shop local but I guess Campers Inn of Naperville didn't need my business.
I’ve been there around 4 or 5 times inquiring about buying a GeoPro FD. I was there a couple weeks ago to see if they had one on the lot. Didn’t have one but I was ok with ordering a 2026 model. No one could find a purchase form to order a new travel trailer. Was told that I would get a call later. Of course like every other time I’ve been there, no phone call received. I decided to look elsewhere and found another dealer who had it in stock and I ended up purchasing it there. Much different customer service. Really wanted to support a local business, but not calling back told me what I should expect if I ever needed help with the RV if I had bought it there. NO THANKS.
