RV was amazing! It ran smooth and fit into all the places we visited. Heat worked great, got down to 38 degrees. The staff was excellent, very nice and dogs are allowed to watch the video too. Thank you for making this trip easy.

First of all, thank you very much for the great service you have given us. When the day came for us to pick up the camper, we were waiting for transportation to Cruise America Kissimmee. Due to circumstances they could not pick us up. After a phone call we arranged a taxi and went to the pick up point. After we had received a clear explanation, we set off. The first few days we had to get used to the size of the camper. After a few days the kettle broke and we contacted the head office. We noticed that we had difficulty making ourselves clear. On the one hand this is due to the language (we are Dutch, but we speak reasonable English) and on the other hand it is due to the business conversations they have. They forget that we are on holiday and want to be taken care of. We didn't like the tone. On the penultimate day we lose our keys due to bad luck. Called again and we hoped they would help us with this issue, but instead we were told, just call a key specialist and good luck. We eventually arranged a key specialist and were able to return the camper, but I expected a little more help. Once back at Cruise America Kissimmee we returned the camper. We received good help there and there was understanding for a lot of things. (Thanks for that). All in all, the collection point gets my compliments for the good service. Thank you. Cruise America headquarters could pay a little more attention to helping and understanding that they also deal with people who come from abroad and could use a little more help. The telephone makes things a little more difficult. (for both sides of course)

I booked my large size RV with ease. This wasn't a vacation trip for me. I came to move my elderly mother to a nursing home in North Mississippi to be closer to me. The RV was perfect! She was more comfortable than in a car or van, and my RN had everything she needed to watch over mom throughout the trip. For me, there wasn't a close option for one way, so I returned it to Kissimmee. I drove it around 1700 miles without a problem. Gas was a little expensive at around 8 mpg, but the unit had plenty of power and maintained the speed limit easily. It was my first time in an RV, and it was pretty easy. I booked in a couple extra days just in case anything happened and was able to sleep in it, flr a night. I enjoyed the ease of showers, the toilet, and the refrigerator. I didn't use the stove. Didn't set up at a camping ground, so dumping the tanks at turn in was going to be difficult. I just paid the $60 flr the center to handle it. For my first time ever being in a RV or renting from Cruise America. I was very impressed with everything! The rental agents and everything was a joy! I'll be renting another RV soon!

For our first time on an RV, the experience was pretty good. During these times of uncertainty and fear to travel, the RV was an excellent choice for traveling to different places and experienced the tricks of spending time in a rolling hotel room. We tried different approaches to rent with Cruise America. To be honest, the process was comparable and straightforward to rent a regular vehicle. The CA crew in this location was easy to deal with. I thought I was ready (watching videos and reading the review for a couple of nights) by the time that they go and show you the RV and run down the RV features ( Water Heater, Water, Toilet, Generator, etc.). I was expecting more work and nastiness with releasing the Black and Grey Waters. Still, to be honest, it was easy and straightforward. No foul odors or disgusting operations. The RV unit we rented will say that it was 85% in cleanness and Maintenance. We had problems with the generator the first time we tried to use it to keep the A/C running when we were loading our stuff at our place. But somehow, the day that we really needed it at the beach worked like a charm. It gets pretty warm in the back when you are rolling, and the family was uncomfortable, so that was bad for them, and our baby was cranky because of it. We also had problems with the Gas Detector, every now and then will trigger itself for no apparent reason. I had to unplugged the fuse from the main box one night because it started sounding non-stop every 5 to 10 min. That cleared the problem the next day, but none of us could sleep after that. The mayor complains that I have, and that's why I don't give the full 5 stars because the first night between we finish loading. We got to the first campsite, and we were ready to cook dinner. We had an infestation of ants everywhere. We had to throw away some food because the ants were all over it. We had to repack everything in zip locks, clean and buy ant killer spray in a gas stop. No s'mores the first night because of this. The return was pretty easy as well, we got the deposit and mileage money back. In general, I recommend renting with Cruise America. I have read many positive and negative experiences from other customers. Still, you need to remember that you are not renting a brand new unit, and not everyone takes good care of the units. So my recommendation is to watch all the videos out there and learn from others mistakes and experiences and go out there and have fun.

It was an amazing experience. I am glad that we did this trip. It was my first RV rent and enjoyed it very much. At the front desk, there were excellent staff. Very nice, kind and take care of us. Thank you 😊 We will definitely do it again!
