We looked for a long time for a camper and been to all kinds of camper places. After 10 minutes in the Avenger 25MKO we knew it was exactly what we wanted, and that it checked all of the boxes. Dakota was a great salesperson who didn’t pressure us at all. She was helpful with the financing process and worked with us to the end. Both Funtown RV and Dakota were awesome to work with!
Thinking about buying from Fun Town RV? Well, if you enjoy mystery, suspense, surprise plot twists, and unintended roadside adventures — this is the dealership for you. Our “brand new” trailer had its first stunt 15 minutes from home, when part of the underside decided it didn’t want to be attached anymore and tried to make a run for it on the highway. We ratchet-strapped it back like roadside surgeons. First camping trip? We unlocked the bonus features: • Chipped stove (aesthetic choice?) • Bent floor vent (modern art?) • Water pump not working (hydration is overrated anyway) When we called FTRV, they said, “check the fuses,” but never mentioned where those magical fuses live. Thankfully another camper saved the day, because the dealership sure didn’t train us on anything. Then, the sway bar said, “I’m out,” on another trip back for repairs. Operator error? Sure — but only because we weren’t taught a single thing. The best part? After winterizing and greasing the bearings, someone flagged us down on the interstate because the outdoor kitchen door was dragging behind us like a sad parade float. We’ve never used that kitchen. According to FTRV, though, we “must’ve hit a bump.” And the solution? “Just file an insurance claim!” Because who doesn’t love higher premiums? Final cherry on top: now they want a copy of the title—weeks later—something I’ve never been asked for with any personal property purchase. Truly impressive. So if you love adventure, guesswork, zero accountability, and the thrill of hoping your RV stays in one piece… Fun Town RV might be for you. For everyone else? Save yourself the stress.
We are so happy with our first purchase of the Puma travel trailer. Christian was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Joe was amazing! He stepped in when things got a little crazy and was the best! He got things rolling and we were driving off with our home in a matter of hours. The service department was awesome, she explained in detail how everything works. The managers were so very polite and the gentleman who hooked up our trailer stayed after hours just so he can help! I am very pleased with Ottawa! Christian, Joe and everyone else who stayed after hours to help make this happen, you truly are the best!! Definitely will see you guys again!

We have been to fun town many times over the last couple of years since we purchased an RV. They have always been fantastic. Very professional and the work completed has been very well done. In the fall, we hit a tree with the back corner and pulled apart a corner of the back wall. Major major repair! They did a fantastic job and we got it back better than brand new.Can’t say enough good things about this place! We are very grateful to have them as a resource when needed.
