My husband and I bought a 2024 travel trailer from this business and it was an amazing experience. We were very pleased. The integrity and friendly service of this family-owned business is rare. We drove 2 and 1/2 hours to do business with this family-owned business. And it was worth every second of the trip. We definitely did not feel like another number, just another customer. We felt like family friends. From the phone conversation Pre-trip, to the time that we arrived. This business could not have been more accommodating. Their biggest concern throughout the process is that we were happy and they were looking forward to us enjoying our purchase. I would highly recommend this to my family, my friends and anyone that is in the market for a travel trailer, and making friends as a bonus.
I most recently had our class A motorhome in for diagnosis and repair of one of the Lippert hydraulic jacks. Stephan, James and Blake were very professional during this process and worked diligently to fix the issue. They provided constant updates through the repair. I reached out to Central Florida RV Center through their website overnight because I was looking to sell my Class A diesel pusher. By the next morning, just hours later I received a call from Jacob. We discussed the coach, I sent over photos, and he quickly got back to me with a price that we agreed on. About an hour later, Jacob reached out again to let me know his father, Duane, would be on the road within the hour and driving the 2.5 hours down to pick up the coach. Duane arrived exactly as promised, inspected the coach, and had all the necessary paperwork already printed and ready. We finalized the deal and headed straight to the bank to complete the transaction. I truly cannot express how easy and seamless they made this entire process, not to mention how fast.
