I purchased a 2015 Georgetown from ALL Family RV in February. The staff was very friendly and helpful as I looked the motor home over and were very patient as it took a day and a half. They even offered me pizza for lunch. There were a few items that needed repaired. Steve, their repair technician, was really great to work with and even loaned me a camera monitor to get home and showed me how to replace it when the new monitor was shipped to my home. All at their expense. it was a very good experience and I feel I got a great deal. The motor home performed perfectly on the ride home to Ohio and continues to do so.
Our visit started with a very warm welcome from Vince the owner and Dave the finance manager. Dave also answered our questions. We found a Motor home we love! Found out the cabin battery's didn't work as they were outdated. When I brought the issue up with Dave he immediately sent us money to replace them. He didn't hesitate to mention that if we had any other issues or questions to just call or text him. Closed deal? No, all family RV stands behind the units they sell. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! Much thanks to Dave and Vince. P.S. Steve the service tech also had his hand in it. He was very helpful as well.
David the owner was wonderful to work with. My husband and I had been searching for the perfect RV at the right price that fit us. David was so helpful and patient with financing and price. 100% honest with us answering every question. We were quite surprise to learn that my Rv I bought from him was worth so much more then he was asking. I couldn’t be happier with our experience, David went as far as to have our new Rv to be delivered by Steve’s Rv Transport 3 hours away! Yaaaaay, Thank you David and Steve I definitely can vouch for this dealership you won’t regret your decision.
Had a great experience purchasing our Toy Hauler. Very smooth and easy process. David and Steve were very patient with us as we spent many hour’s inspecting the camper. I do have to say that STEVE is the Golden Star of this company. Steve went above and beyond to help us fix a few essential problems. Steve was by our side to make sure everything was working until we pulled out. We got a great price on a very nice clean camper. it started with us paying for shipping, then on the last day they said they couldn't ship it. we sent a person to pick it up, but he couldn't because the battery wasn't charged.. so we had to pay extra money because they left unnecessarily… 2. it was written that it does not get wet, there is 1 small soft spot on the floor.. in comparison, the floor cracked in 3 places + it was also soaked. by the way, alex is kind and helpful. but David is a jerk, a phlegmatic man… I do not recommend it to anyone.!!
