I liked that it came with all the features, the value unfortunately due to all the issues I had right off the lot was not there.
Good value. Efficient design. Lightweight. Lots of features for a 5000 lb travel trailer. Like the Murphy bed and full size shower. Cons - lots of quality issues. A lot of things have broken within 2 years of service. Limited grey water capacity.
Poor Workmanship and inferior components. Nice floorplan but no follow up on quality control. After doing a lot of repairs and updates myself the unit it getting to be more reliable and trustworthy. This was a nice "Looking" unit but after putting the unit in service the water leaks and other issues started showing up. No help from the dealer and not much better from Forest river
Pro - size, weight, open feel. Cons - no instructions for AC/heat controls, only outletbin kitchen area is over the sink! and opposite end from counter area, open shelf in bathroom for towels etc, refrigerator opens towards corner, no dinette/folding table VERY heavy. Also considered Shasta 20RB - much preferred but too heavy for our tow vehicle.
Not cleaned after work performed on our Brand New 2023 Thor Coach, had to have floor replaced that our Salesperson & I noticed the day of Purchase which we should have been given the OPTION to take another Motor Coach exactly like it (3) on the lot??? Why were we told No, and it wasn't even driven off Dealership Lot yet?? Then they General RV wouldn't let us enjoy the Motor Coach for ALL our Summer trips (5) to e exact!!!
Things keep breaking on it so we are putting a lot of money into it. It is wonderful inside and we like the roominess and smart design. Unfortunately we have had to replace AC, Fridge and the entire gray water tank detached from the travel trailer
It started having water problems right away, the counter tops are peeling away around sink. Just doesn't seem like a lot of thought went into it lasting more than 6 months. Cheap for a lot of money
Quality is poor especially the countertops which aren’t real. They’re wrapped with some wrap that has completely come off at the sink. Not enough storage options, kitchen design is poor compared to another RV that I love. Looks cheaply made. No hidden storage in 2 places that clearly could’ve been done. Shower seems cheaply done. Only has blackout shades and not daytime shades. Should have come standard with 3 a/c units. We were given a LOT of misinformation about this RV that we found out about after the fact.
Unit was advertised as a “full cage aluminum structure”. Yet my factory tour proved to me their claim was false. I’m stopping as I don’t like the layout of your so-called survey
There are small things that don’t operate like they should . And I have contacted the manufacturer with no response from them .
