For a new rv there were many major things wrong with it.
Post support is horrible! Dealers shrug supporting because as satiated “we make less on warranty work”
Warranty repairs took 13 months to get done hopefully correct and acceptable! get done
Continual problems with coach self leveling system
I love my R V, I just don't understand why I bought a brand new RV and it looks used and they gave me a as is paper.
Poor quality, fit and finish. Looks great and has plenty of space. Several warranty issues with hot water heater/ac/ squeaky floors, etc. Overall, not satisfied and poor quality. Next I’m ordering a Brinkley Toy Hauler. I like Keystone but after spending almost 100k for this, never again.
I gave it two stars as opposed to one for one reason, it is the right size for us. There were MANY issues with the trailer right from the start with quality control almost non existent! I have performed many repairs myself rather than take it back to the dealer and not have use of it for months on end! Would NOT buy from Hartland again
Price. Wish it was made better. Quality was not there.
Numerous manufacturing defects. Something breaks every time we move the unit. Reoccurring plumbing leaks. Daylight around the slid outs.
