The options and features are what brought us to purchase it. I do wish the build quality and materials were of better quality. We’ve only owned that particular RV for a few months and have had to fix and repair multiple items due to poor workmanship and quality.
Value and the fit to finish, it’s been in the shop twice since February 2023 and still has the same problem with the cabin lights coming on all during the night
After the purchase service was dismal. Multiple calls/emails to resolve a couple small issues. A few were eventually resolved but gave up on total resolution.
Quality of workmanship was poor. Furniture is already peeling.
Several problems that should have been corrected before we drive away, Also some apparent design issues with heat system and refrigerator. Interior trim is detaching.
I love the design and layout of RV. There are many defects on the brand new RV that we had to learn about.
Wallpaper coming off the wall in several places and company won't respond.
Very litte issues with the trailer. Issues every time with grand design. Their customer service sucks. Call them for simple things like warranty work. They will give you a claim number then ghost you. You will have to call daily and hope to get an answer. I am told grand design used to care about customers now they don’t give a crap after you make the sale.
The ride is very rough and rocky. Also very noisy.
Not the quality that it should be. And Keystone is terrible about repairing
