We like the floor plan. We compared this unit to many others. I wish it had more quality in the materials and assembly.
Many things went wrong the first year, I as lucky I had agreement with travel camp to come to the RV resort to have them fixed. The corporate office had to step in a couple of times.
Service is horrible, every time I need help with the RV it’s like pulling teeth. Not sure why I even purchased a five year warranty.

The layout is great, and love the overall experience. The finishes and build quality are lacking for this price point. Things like using flexable piping to pex connectors which is illigal in residental buildings keeps me up at night.
Storage & body paint. Upholstery needed to be replaced as did refrigerator and a/c
far too many recalls...due to production problems. Causes you to lose confidence in the quality of the RV
Price was good and affordable. I had a previous Palomino Puma and changed to this one for the bigger floor plan. Both were made with same material, quality was the same but the difference was that this new RV has problems related to labor finish. 1. The kitchen drawer were not connected properly so they felt during trip and one broke. 2. Missing sealing in the roof and window which caused water to entered. 3. Tub had a soft spot, was missing materials on the bottom. All these problems were due to poor labor and quality control as this should have been captured before leaving the factory via a quality inspection. All those problems I had to fix on my own and covering the costs myself because even in the dealer I had to cover the cost of inspection almost $200 because that was not cover under warranty.
Very disappointed in quality of interior finishes. Exterior grab rail does not reach if someone is on first step of stairs. Wiring for generator was installed incorrectly in factory prep causing generator to not charge batteries as well as not allowing generator to power both A/C units
Love the open feeling and how light it is - it has 5 slide outs and lots of windows. I purchased a new destination trailer but I have had several problems despite it being new. I am constantly discovering how poor the craftmanship is now that I am in it however, it was the best of all that I looked at.
