There were a lot of things wrong that didn't surface until after the purchase.
The trailer has been problematic for plumbing issues, auto-level system went nuts, cracked fresh water tank... been in the shop (this time) since early October. The pull-down shades don't work as they should and we had a problem with one A/C unit. Hopefully all of this will be fixed this time.
Would not recommend a Forrest river Georgetown. GT5. Cheaply build.lacks quality. Interior is very cheaply finished. Have had major repair bills on LR slide. Drivetrain is fine. My last Forrest river.
My TT had many problems from the day we got it. It took approximately two years before we actually felt like it was home and began to hang pictures and decorate.
Dealer was not the best, really like the RV anyway
Price was extremely high considering the quality of the unit. The mattress in the bedroom was horrible. The cushions in the dining area were not comfortable compared to the work and play camper we were considering.. the storage area under and above the sink I was able to increase just by simply removing the panel and relocating the wires and hoses with a zip tie. The rear camera has never really worked correctly and it requires wi go to operate I hate it and had to purchase one that worked
We had good times with this coach however...Lots of issues that took forever to get covered under warranty. As it aged it became apparent how cheaply it was manufactured.
The RV is very high quality when compared to other similar RV's. The reason for the 3 star rating is because I have had nonstop issues. The RV is constantly going back to the dealer for repairs.
The color sceme is very nice. I dont like the oven. Therr is only anout 4" in height to cook. The back splash is ugly and cheap. The bed os difficult to make. No smart TV. No screen door. BUT THE WORST THING IS THE TABLE. It is not stable and not secured well. Needs two more outlets. Cheap stabilizers that bent. Shower was not sealed. The toilet leaked. The heating system gets the bedroom too hot at night. Valances where put on crooked. No info on solar. Needs stronger A/C. NO BACKUP Camera. Bathroom sink stopper doesn't work right. It should go up and down.
Good features but cheaply built. Decent value but I’m concerned it won’t last long.
