Lot of little problems with the ac and water leaks,
OSB on slides and plywood on main floors. Non pex tubing for plumbing in certain areas. Also pex needs double clamps. No caulk on slides windows. Poor quality control.
We looked online for about a year before deciding on this unit. The only thing I wish it had more of is basement storage
