Super nice people and VERY knowledgeable. Courtney helped me look through their inventory. She was very patient and not pushy. It was a challenge for me to find a RV for me since I'm over 6 feet tall. After Courtney helped me find a RV, I spoke with Krista about possible financing. She also was very helpful and not pushy. On the day I came to purchase my RV, Chris made the check out process super easy and NOT stressful. Amanda in the service department was extremely helpful with getting/changing an appointment for getting my hitch and brake controller installed. She was so kind! Ben in service was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable when all was set to go! To say the least, EVERY person who helped me get my RV were outstanding!!! I'm so very happy with my choice of RV and I'm really glad I found my RV at Young Harris Water Sports and RV. It was definitely worth driving 150 miles, one-way, for my purchase. Pretty great experience here. We got very lucky and they had the camper we had been searching for. We had purchased our previous camper from a competitor and this was leaps and bounds above that experience. Courtney was fantastic to work with and absolutely 0 pressure. I would recommend Young Harris RV and Courtney to anyone I know!
Be careful buying anything from this place. They do not, I mean do not honor their warranty. We bought a brand new Forest River Cedar Creek Cottage from them in October of 2024. We are still waiting on a list of 15 things that needed to be warrant right after purchased. We have only used the awning twice and it broke. Still not fixed. Very frustrated! My husband has called many times and it is one excuse after another. I guess soon the step will be to get one of the news stations involved. We even bought the extended warranty. Warning!
Exceptional!! I called at 4:45 PM with a bent trailer bunk bracket that made towing my boat back to Atlanta impossible. Levi was a true godsend—he told me to bring it by, even though I arrived just after closing at 5:15 PM. He could not have been more helpful or friendly. Not only did he fix my trailer so it was safe to tow, but he did it in under 20 minutes. Thanks to his speed and skill, our family was back on the road having barely missed a beat. I was truly blown away—not just by the quality of the service, but by Levi’s incredible attitude and professionalism. It even made me think, I hope my 3-year-old son grows up to go out of his way, just like Levi did, to help a perfect stranger in need. An extremely rare characteristic these days. We are truly grateful and appreciative for his kindness Levi is a rare gem of an employee, and I cannot recommend him more highly. 10 out of 5 stars! Will be switching all my boat and trailer needs to Young Harris without question - thanks for creating such an incredible establishment at an unbeatable location - Cheers!
