Lance continued to offer that same level of care through the entire five months it took for our RV to be built and delivered. Lance is the man! When our beautiful RV arrived, we worked with Josh on financing. I’ve never handed over money to a nicer guy. We have been searching for over a year for the perfect travel trailer. After a quick stop into Openroads Jasper location we found it. Our salesman Lance was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Terry was also very helpful. Aaron assisted us with our class and stabilizing system and went over everything we could possibly need to know. For first time camper owners we were super nervous and Aaron made us feel more confident by giving us all the knowledge we needed. Highly recommend this whole team.

Just purchased an RV from this dealership and couldn’t be more pleased. I looked around at several places before visiting Open Roads Jasper. The place was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My wife and I were met by Lance Owen and he asked what we were looking for and what our priorities were. After listening to what mattered to us, Lance showed us several trailers that he thought would work for us. It was obvious that he listened to exactly what we wanted because the choices he showed us were excellent. We decided on a trailer and the purchase process was smooth and anxiety free.
