Gary was very thorough with our walkthrough and helped explain all the nuances of this quirky little trailer. He also did a great job wiring up my new brake controller! Very friendly staff. Before and after the sale. Our salesman Eric was easy to work with. Prior to delivery, Orlando went over the RV front to back and explained the systems in easy to understand terms. I called sales man Don, told him I wanted to buy a used trailer he told me he would get back to me but it would take a few days. so I patiently waited never heard back so I call today and Don says he sold it to a walk in customer. "well don I thought you sold it to me don?" Anyway to make things better he offered me a new trailer full price zero discounts! Thanks Don! anyway if I was going business with this dealer id get everything in writing so they dont sale your trailer out from under you. I was coming to Georgia from California I wanted this thing so bad. Good luck Don, buy some sticky notes thanks for making my kids cry.
Exemplary experience from the first visit considering a new Airstream to driving one off the lot 10 months later. Our first visit we met Colton and he was a no pressure sales person who walked us through all the elements of an Airstream. As seasoned RV'rs we had questions, Colton was professional and patient. After looking at an International, we settled on a Globetrotter. Ordered it while Colton was on vacation and Karen stepped in and was a joy to work with. Both Colton and Karen were quick to set up a text group keeping us informed along the entire production process to the day it arrived. One thing Southland does is they make your pick up and walkthrough a big deal, because it is! Our walkthrough Tech was Matt and he covered every detail and question we had with a perfect demeanor. Our entire experience was frictionless. Eric in Finance was low key and no high pressure. Nice. BRAVO. Service? We had a CO Detector malfunction at no fault of Southland. They were quick to send someone out and swap out the device. That is next level attention. This Airstream is a major investment and part of our retirement plan. Colton, Karen and the entire Team at Southland knew that, championed our dreams and made them real. Highly recommended. 10 stars!!!
