Campers Inn Acworth has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever dealt with. The exterior black tank flush valve on my camper has not worked properly since day one. I have brought it back three separate times for the same issue. Three visits, and it is still not fixed. I am now forced to fill the black tank through the toilet because your service department has failed to correct a basic repair. This was not an isolated issue. We also brought the camper in for additional repairs that were either done incorrectly or resulted in new problems. Instead of taking responsibility, we were charged again to fix issues that stemmed from prior work performed by your team. Even more concerning is the billing process. Charges were run without clear communication, detailed breakdowns, or proper authorization. There was no transparent explanation of costs before payment was processed. That is not acceptable business practice. This has been an ongoing cycle of poor workmanship, poor communication, and being billed to correct problems that should have been handled correctly the first time. At this point, this is no longer a service department issue. It reflects a serious lack of oversight and accountability at the management level. I expect this to be reviewed by corporate leadership and addressed properly. Customers should not have to fight this hard to get basic repairs done correctly.
Our experience with everyone at Campers Inn RV was excellent. Collier was extremely patient and followed up on all our requests. He asked specific questions as to what we were looking for and was very knowledgeable about all the trailers we looked at. Alicia explained thoroughly all our financing options as well as the add on services that were available to us. Allen made sure that we understood how everything worked in our new RV as well as accommodated us on a few things we wanted added to our reg. Truly a wonderful group of people willing to meet our needs.
Just purchased our first toy hauler from the location in Acworth, Ga.Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Gerald was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with making a major purchase and Steve our finance manager worked hard to get the financing approval needed to fit within our budget. These gentlemen went above and beyond to make our purchase happen on our dream toy hauler when we just stopped in looking with no expectation of buying anything that day. I would highly recommend this location if in the market for a camper. I will definitely be a returning customer if we ever upgrade. Thank you Campers Inn Acworth!!!
Purchased a Coachmen Chaparral the beginning of 2025 and can’t get resolution on major issues. First is the unit had 3 GE AC units which all failed. GE sent a tech out who had zero clue, I had to show him the problem. He told me I would hear from someone and replacement would get handled. After several calls to GE and Campers Inn we have received zero help. We actually had to buy 3 new units to be able to go in our planned family vacation during last summer. During the process of replacing the units we saw an issue where the roof looked delaminated. After looking at it down approximately 20ft on one side the roof material was cracked where it was stretched over the hard edge of the roof decking. In one spot it was cracked through and had allowed a small amount of water in and caused the delamination to the wood. Fortunately it didn’t make it to the interior of the rv. After talking with Stephen and 2 different service advisors nothing has happened. We have been told different stories and always that they will get back with us. Our unit is now about out of warranty and the time of year we start back using it. We did put the proper tape on the issue to stop anymore water from coming in. So far buying from them has cost us an additional $4500 for new ac units and eventually the cost of a new roof.
Just purchased our first camper. The sales associate Kyle was they best. He knew this was our first and is one of the most honest and genuine person ive ever dealt with, as a salesman. If you decide to buy from there, you make sure to ask for him. He won't push you to buy or just buy anything for a sale. The rest of the team was very helpful and courteous
