Just picked up my new Geo-Pro 15TB at Wanna RV today. It was an awesome, no pressure shopping experience a few weeks ago. After we made a decision I called back and asked for their best deal, and I got an excellent deal. They cleaned and prepped the unit at no additional cost, and walked me though how everything functions. Staff were awesome, great experience, highly recommended. They also have an excellent array of RVs to investigate. I think they had every model of the Geo-Pro, every model of the Mini Lite (all awesome trailers), plus lots of other larger trailer options.
We drove from Florida to pick up our new GeoPro FD19 from Wana Rv. That is because, after running all over FL and not getting straight answers on pricing, we immediately knew Wana was different! They gave us the correct MSRP (not inflated like the others), gave line item pricing on our options, and the best discount by many thousands. Devon and all the guys were quick to respond and very helpful in our training. Also, the items they sell in the store are fairly priced. Thank you Wana RV!!! A bonus is the cute town of Shipshewana.
Just traded in a 2109s Rockwood for a new 2025 Rockwood 2205s. Can’t say enough good about Wana Rv. They are a 2 hour drive from my house, but worth it. Zero pressure. Not pushy sales people. Not pushing me to buy an extended warrenty. Just good people to work with. We stayed the night in Shipshewana south campground to verify everything worked good in the trailer before taking it home. Had one little problem with the water heater. Took it back the next morning and they fixed it immediately and all is good. They are just good people to work with. I hate the high-pressure sales of most RV places, but there is none of that here.
Outstanding customer service. They did a great job keeping in contact with us via phone/email from ordering our camper, updates on status of our unit, to its arrival at Wana RV. They always answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Our camper arrived exactly around the time they thought it would. As I was working an outage, Wana RV kept our camper safe and secure for two months until we were able to drive from South Carolina. Delivery- The delivery team went above and beyond our expectations. The walk through was very thorough and educational. At no time did we feel rushed through this process and they took their time in answering all our questions. This was our first 5th wheel and they did a great job relating pull behind campers to our new 5th wheel. We pulled a Uhaul trailer with all our camper supplies as we planned to go camping right away. The guys in the back let us unload and load our new camper inside one of their bays which was awesome. No unloading and loading in the parking lot!!! We have told many friends it was worth the drive to Wana RV Center for their customer service and their pricing! We will definitely buy from them again!!
