Do not purchase here if you're new to the camping life, the missed information will cost you hundreds or more in unexpected expenses!!! Isaiah our salesman tried to be helpful with answering all our questions as brand new campers, but he hasn't had the experience of actually using one. He did get us a brand new refrigerator when ours was recalled by the maker in before we got there to purchase our Forest River Hemisphere 356QB which looks really nice. 1 day later.... we have No power cord to hook up our electricity!!!! We asked Mr. Larry who does your walk thru 10 times for this cord before we left, he kept stating we had everything we needed but never physically pulled it out for us to see it. We then had to buy a $200 starter kit with all the hoses and connections we need to set up at the RV camp site. We live in Conyers Georgia over 350 miles away from Triple H and drove back to prepare for a 2 week trip and had no way to test anything when we got back home. I bought $200 worth of power cords which none were the proper fit. It was very difficult to find a cord in the store!! When I called them back with the issue it took 3-4 days to get a power cord mailed to me. And management dropped the ball, they never returned our call after requesting they follow up with us concerning the issues we were experiencing. They didn't acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience they caused. This is poor customer service!! After you ride off the lot you're no longer their concern!!! 1 week later.... We are cleaning up inside to pack the RV and the adjustable bed broke the second time we moved it back to the upright position after packing the storage area beneath. We have screws missing in the ceiling fan in the main bathroom and 3 of the USB charging connections do not work!! The bathroom door in the 2nd bathroom does not close flush with the wall! We are not pleased with the overall experience so far!! Whoever signed off on the inspection of this model did not check everything properly!!!!!

After researching the camper we wanted we found it at triple H. The buy process was pretty smooth and the walk through was smooth as well. The issue with this place is when it comes to the secondary items. I asked the salesman specifically if the camper came with a battery and was told yes only to find out that it didn’t come with a battery and they would not honor what the sales man said. My second question was around the the hitch for my truck. I was told that I didn’t need anything special only to get there and be told that I really needed a weight distribution hitch. A $500 dollar item that we could have talked about and worked in to the price of the unit. Third was the accessory needed to actually use camper. We bought a camper with two grey water tanks therefore we need two hoses and a Y to hook everything up. This is another important detail that should have been talked about on the front end. As a first time camper buyer the details matter more than anything else and triple H was very poor when it comes to the details. If we had it to do over again or when it’s time to upgrade we will not be returning to triple H. $1000 dollars out of pocket was unexpected and completely avoidable. If your reading this triple H you should do better
