As I write this review, I can’t help but think about the kindness and professionalism of the team at Johnston RV Center in Decatur, AL. My first interaction was with Mike and then Rusty. When I first arrived, Rusty was helping another customer, so the sales manager, Mike, stepped in and took the time to show me several models. He explained the differences and features of each one with the kind of insight that only comes from years of experience. Once Rusty was available, he picked up right where Mike left off and was patient, helpful, and determined to find the perfect RV to fit our needs. After our purchase, we had several add-ons and service items completed. The service team handled everything professionally and was very responsive to our needs and questions. Jay did an excellent job taking care of several of our service requests, and Zach took the time to walk us through the RV, making sure we understood how everything worked. Kelly Jo has also been wonderful—always helpful in getting us scheduled for service and explaining each step of the process clearly. Overall, our experience has been smooth and positive. We truly appreciate the entire team at Johnston RV Center and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality RV and great customer service.

We just bought a brand new camper after storm damage totaled our previous one! We had such a great experience at Johnston in Decatur! Wesley (our service advisor) & Scotty (our technician) are the ones who not only fixed our previous camper prior to insurance totaling it but they also made several upgrades to our new camper to make sure it’s safe and ready to go!! Rusty (our sales professional) helped us find the perfect camper and did not pressure us, allowed us to take our time and get what we wanted but also looked out for the best with us wanting to keep our current tow vehicle! Judy (Office Manager/Finance) helped get us the best interest rate and made signing SO easy and quick! She offered additional packages but we in no way felt pressured, she looked out for our best interest! Alicia (Part!) helped us pick out new accessories and made sure we had not only what was needed but also the items to make camping more easy and enjoyable!! Zac (our tour guide!) he showed us our new camper and made sure to go in detail and not miss anything!! He also hooked it and made sure it was a proper fit for our vehicle!! Everyone was SO incredibly nice, helpful, and professional!! I would highly recommend Johnston to anyone and everyone!! I’m thankful to have bought from a company where I feel 100% comfortable going back and doing business time and time again!! (Bonus Points for that life time warranty! IYKYK I break everything 🫣)
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Johnston RV. We purchased an RV several years back from one of those large dealerships and had an absolute horrible experience. Johnston made it easy to do business with them. They were transparent, not pushy and very knowledgeable. I would like to thank Sarah, Newel, and Brian for an amazing job. We promise not to hold it against Brian for not liking algebra, but we are super happy that he is amazing at his job assisting customers with new RVs.
