First time buyer of a camping trailer and fifth wheel. My wife and I have nothing, but great things to say about the Ardmore team. Adam, our sales associate, answered every question under the sun we had. Mitchell, our financing rep, made sure all paperwork was handled correctly and the process was smooth. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the entire process. Frank, walked us around the camper once all maintenance and customizations were complete. All in all, customer service was their priority and they did it right. As a distant buyer, I felt comfortable working with this group and we chose to drive considerably farther to work with this team at Bankston. Cannot recommend a location more than here. Good experience buying a camper here. We bought a used 2018 Kodiak to live in while building a house. They were upfront about the camper and selling as-is, but still let me test everything before buying. A few months in, still no issues. The sales staff were about average from any dealership. Nothing special. The front service desk lady can be a little rude at times. The price wasn’t great on the camper - but it was acceptable. They wouldn’t budge at all from slightly above book value. The mechanic guy that shows how to use everything after you buy one was very helpful and nice, and seemed happy to help. They also helped me out quickly to resolve a paperwork issue when I went to register the camper. Lastly, it’s a small gesture for customers, but they sent a neat little care package a few months after our purchase, with coffee cups and cookies. Just something neat they do that I’ve never had from a dealership.
The staff was nice and friendly. In the past month they have fixed our camper and our mom's. Both time they did a great job and were fast with the turn around.
