I purchased my 2020 class A from Josh Martinez with Campers Inn RV in Madison Alabama on October 11. The process was painless and actually pleasant.The whole staff was very nice. I was a little nervous but Romeo showed my wife and i the RV and how everything worked, he was very thorough and I was very confident after the walk thru. Thank you Josh, Clay and Romeo. We just purchased our new Grand Design Influence from Campers Inn and could not be happier with our purchase, or the dealership. This is our third RV and the first we have purchased from Campers Inn. The team there is phenomenal, from our salesman John, the business manager Bob, the general manager, everyone there did everything they could to help us through the purchase process. The day we left home for our inaugural trip with our new unit we had a issue with the trailer brakes, so I called the service department and Jason tried to help me over the phone, when that would not alleviate the issue he asked if I could bring it in. When I got to the dealership they jumped right in and started diagnosing the issue. It was determined that it could not be fixed that afternoon so they set us up with power and water and we spent the night at the dealership. The next morning John brought us breakfast and coffee and they jumped right back in to the repair. They resolved the issue and we got on our way. They were so apologetic about the issue and it was definitely not anything they did that caused the problem, but they did get it fixed in as timely a manner as we could ask for. To us that is where you find out what kind of folks you purchase from, and that is how they treat you after the sale. I hope this fifth wheel last us many years, but if we ever need another one, Campers Inn will be my first and only stop. It is so nice to see a company that still believes in great customer service.
We visited the Madison Al location just to look around and get some ideas. Our timeline is quite a ways out before we are ready to purchase. We worked with Justin Long and he understood our timeline and did not push a sale. He was extremely knowledgeable about all products. He really knew his inventory. He made sure to figure out what we did and didn't want in a fifth wheel and made sure to show us things we wanted to see and even things he knew we would like but we didn't mention. He made the whole experience feel more like hanging out and exploring fifth wheels with a friend instead of a salesman and not once did he try to push a sale. He definitely made us more excited to buy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy!!
All the departments at Camper’s Inn RV in Huntsville/Madison AL went above and beyond to help us get our DREAM 2016 THOR CHATEAU 35SK. We are truly grateful. We are retired and on a fixed income so we were having to purchase an older model. We found a unit at a Campers Inn RV in another state and they helped get it to Huntsville. This weekend we took it to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway to watch the races and had a fantastic time. Josh (sales), Jace (service), Bob (finance), Clay (gen mgr), Ray (service), John (service) were all key in helping finance our motor home and make sure it runs strong and all the gadgets work. Next trip — following the Sick the Mag Great Smoky Mountain drags. We already have a major trip / event planned each month. We travel with 2 adults, 2 dogs and on longer trips our 2 cats come along. :-) :-)
