Bought an expedition for my wife from this lot. People were friendly and got what i consider a fair price for a good vehicle. Once i said I definitely wanted the vehicle they parked it off the for sale lane until i could get back up there with a cashiers check. Thank y'all for a no "bs" transaction 👍
We bought a car from these folks when they were still in Trenton. They always have a decent selection and good prices. Make sure to have someone check out the vehicle before you buy, though, as it seems a number of their cars have minor technical issues off the lot. With that said, we always stop in to see what they have and have considered buying from them on two other separate occasions after our first purchase nearly three years ago.
It's always a pleasure doing business with T & J . I purchased the third car I have bought from them in my lifetime today and they have always treated me fairly. The paperwork went very easily and the salesman Dewayne was great. If you are looking for a family own experience they should be your choice. Definitely will be mine again.
The car we bought had "Brand new" tires. We found a plug in one of them. The owner promised to replace the tire, but instead when we called, told my 67 year old mother off. He used foul language and before hanging up on her he told her "it's a used car, what do you expect." We still have not received a replacement tire because "the papers are signed, your Check's been deposited." Don't let this shyster have your business. He's the epitome of the sleazy car salesman.
I called for information on a vehicle and asked if it had been inspected by a certified mechanic. If so would I be able to get a report of the inspection. The person who I was speaking on the phone then began to be rude saying the vehicle had been inspected by their mechanics already and he didn't know what I was talking about, like if he wanted me to take his word that the vehicle was ok. I then said if I could get my own mechanic to look at it and he said ok but that he didn't see a reason to since his mechanic already look at it and that the vehicle is 100% good. He seemed very rude throughout the call and when I told him I was going to speak to my wife about the vehicle he just hung up on me. I am a service member and I will be passing on this bad review to other service members. Do not buy vehicles here
