I cannot say enough great things about Campers Inn RV of Myrtle Beach! From start to finish, our experience has been absolutely outstanding. We’ve shopped at other places before, but none have come close to the level of service, professionalism, and genuine care we received here. Let me start with our first visit about a year ago. We were just starting to look for a new camper and had the pleasure of speaking with Denny from the sales team. He was incredibly respectful, honest, and never once made us feel pressured. His approach left such a positive impression on us that when it came time to seriously shop for a travel trailer, we knew exactly where to go — back to Campers Inn. This time, we worked with Joe, who was not only knowledgeable, but also extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered every question, listened to our needs, and made us feel confident in our decision. Sean and Aaron were also phenomenal — they went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect camper for our family, at a price that truly felt like a great deal. But the exceptional service didn’t stop there. After we purchased our camper, the team made the entire process seamless. The service department gave us a thorough walkthrough and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we were 100% comfortable with our new RV. And it’s the little things that stood out too — like bringing us cold water while we were moving our gear in, and being there for every question with a friendly smile and helpful answer. This place is truly top-notch. From sales to service, everyone went out of their way to make us feel valued and supported. I will never buy an RV from anywhere else — Campers Inn Myrtle Beach has earned our trust and our loyalty for life!

Terrific unexpected service visit. Philip and Zach did a fantastic job fitting our repairs in to keep our trip on schedule. Workmanship was first rate and efficient. Service was exceptional.

Edit: DO NOT take your camper here for service! Our camper has been sitting there for almost 2 months for warranty work. We had an appointment in January and were initially told that the longest the repairs would take would be a week. Warranty work was approved LAST YEAR in June but somehow they are waiting for the part to be shipped. We were told that everything they needed was in stock when we booked the appointment in January. Initially everything was amazing with the sale however once the deal was made the outstanding customer service went out the window. The service department has terrible people skills and their communication is subpar. We have made 2 monthly payments on a camper that can not even be used. We will NEVER take our camper back for any additional service. From now on GeneralRV will do all of our work. Do better Campers Inn. We picked up the unit on 3/6/25 with more issues than we dropped it off with. What a nightmare! Just brought home our Brinkley Z3610. We dealt mostly with Daniel Knight, the general manager. He was friendly and professional from the first time we met him. Throughout the process he was patient and was there to answer any questions that arose. The day of pickup, the dealership went above and beyond to make the experience outstanding. 100% recommend doing business with Campers Inn of Myrtle Beach and Daniel Knight!
