Browns was great!! Immediately from the wall through the entrance doors into the lobby being greeted by the sweet and cheerful girls at the front desk to our amazing sales agent being so kind to find us RVs within our budget, tryin to help us get it Financed and then even advice on where to go and what to do afterward when we weren't approved for it through then. All around great experience!!!
The campers are beautiful and the customer service was great . The workers greeted with smile and wonder attitudes. They were very passionate and patient.. well be back to buy from here . If u r looking to buy come here . They will hook up up.
The 5 stars are for Edd in the sales department, he’s the reason I bought an Rv from Browns Rv - He was very polite and very professional and not pushy at all - But now the finance manager he was a different story when I told him that I didn’t want to purchase any of their warranties that they had to offer- then he done a 360 and was rude as rude could be from that point on - and because of that attitude I’ll never buy anything at Browns Rv again. Plus I’ll tell everyone I know the experience I had here.
Today we came to trade in our RV and pick up the new one! Our sales person was Ed, his follow up over the last week was amazing! We are so happy we made the trip to Brown's RV Superstore!
We bought our class C RV about 1 year ago. We have not had any major issues. We are planning a three week trip to Florida so we wanted to get it serviced and have two small issues addressed. The 7way plug wasn't working and a slow leak of air on 1 tire. We made an appointment to take it in on a Friday. They called on Monday to ask us what we wanted checked out. We gave them that information when we checked it in. They also wanted us to agree to a full check of everything for over $800.00 and that would not include any repairs or parts. We asked them to address the two issues we had originally asked about and nothing else. We picked it up on Wednesday. It cost $5.59 for a fuse and $79.60 labor. After getting home we noticed wires hanging down underneath. After paying that much you would think you would get better service.😞
