This place was great! I called all around the area even up in North Carolina and had no luck of getting the exact unit I wanted and no one acted like they cared to try and find me one. Just so happen to call recreation USA and spoke to Forrest Johnson. He had the exact one I wanted and hooked me up. Easy from start to finish. Can’t say enough about all the staff down to Stan, Arissa, and Wendell. They all were great! Whether you’re looking for a new side by side or a new camper they can hook you up! We found a Beautiful Riverstone 42FSKG 5th wheel at Recreation USA, The sales team were knowledgeable about the equipment onboard our particular unit. We have had several service appointments with Recreation USA in their Loris repair shop and this is where Recreation USA really shines. We bought an extended warrantee and they have honored the warrantee every time without question. Painless appointments is the best way to describe them. We had an issue with our hot water heater recently between consecutive weekend camping trips and they fit us in and replaced the hot water heater within an hour. The staff at the repair shop are very personable and explain the repairs in detail, just super great guys to work with. The repair shop is the only reason I would need to purchase another RV from Recreation USA in the future. These RVs take a beating out on the road and they will break. I have peace of mind knowing Recreations repair shop will properly fix anything in a timely manner!
