The RV Factory, makers of the LUXE brand of luxury fifth wheels, is one of the best, if not THE best, company we have ever dealt with. Their factory direct model eliminates the dealer middleman so you are working and speaking with the very people building your new RV. They work with each customer to design and build their new RV exactly the way they want it. The variety of layout and design customization options is impressive, making the purchasing process very enjoyable. They recommend you travel to the factory for a personalized tour and then sit down with one of their sales experts and start choosing the decor, fabric, wood finish, tiles, fixtures, upholstery and several other options to make your RV one-of-a-kind. The finished product is of the highest quality of any RV we’ve seen or owned, and we’ve owned some of the iconic names in the industry (Airstream and Newmar). This is not a high-volume business. They take their time building each unit and it shows. Upon completion, they ask you to spend a couple of nights in your new RV, kick the tires and create a punch list of anything you find (which will be few). Everything on the list is completed before you leave or they’ll have a technician install it at your final destination. We have lived full-time in our LUXE for over five months and are extremely impressed with the exceptional craftsmanship and quality of materials. Pete Bundy, president, and his entire team seem like a family when you meet them in person. As a result, they make their customers feel like part of the family as well. The team takes great pride in their work and it shows. Their factory direct model allows you communicate with the very person who is responsible for that particular area of the RV. We have never experienced that close of a relationship with any other manufacturer. If we have a question or an issue, Pete calls us back as soon as we send the email or text. We ran into an issue with the transport company we contracted to move our rig across country. When things looked bleak, Pete stepped in and went out of his way to have one of his team haul it out. It's an understatement to say how much we appreciated Pete working the weekend and not resting until the coach was safely in our possession in Washington. We honestly don’t know of another company that would go above and beyond the way that Pete and his team did for us. Purchasing our custom LUXE fifth wheel from The RV Factory was one of the best decisions we have made in recent memory. The quality of materials and construction, the attention to detail and the ensuing excellent customer service was well worth the wait and cost of our new home. Our experience picking up our new Luxe fifth wheel was truly exceptional from start to finish. We spent four days onsite ensuring everything was functionally perfect , and the team went above and beyond to accommodate every request - even making several new changes we asked for during the process. Courtney, Mark, Edgar, Oscar, Pete and Brandon each played a key role in making the experience seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, attention to detail and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident every step of the way. The level of service was outstanding - anything we needed was promptly taken care of. They even made the thoughtful gesture of providing a coffee maker and fresh coffee during our stay. We felt genuinely valued and appreciated throughout the entire process. This was, without exception, the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing something this significant. Luxe sets the benchmark for customer service and quality in an industry that has a well deserved reputation for lacking both. I highly recommend them.

About a year ago, we considered replacing our Grand Design Momentum 5th wheel that we purchased new in 2015, so I contacted Luxe. Kristen Webster returned my call very quickly, and I explained that my dilemma this time would either be a new, 36-40’ non-toy-hauler 5th wheel or an older motorhome with a non-emissions engine and custom chassis. She answered all my questions regarding Luxe’s slower build process and attention to details, their engineered chassis, wall/floor/roof construction, plumbing and electrical systems, independent suspension & hydraulic brakes (which we already upgraded to on our 5er) and full-body paint. We visited her Texas showroom and talked several times as I had more questions. Kristen was VERY knowledgeable, patient and not pushy, checking in on me every few weeks. In the end, we decided to purchase an older, very solidly-built diesel pusher motorhome. The decision was really difficult, though, one of the reasons being Kristen did her job so well. We have had nothing but issues since picking up our rv in June of 2023. The sales people drop you the minute you sign. The factory people do not keep notes as discussed. Then when you mention anything about it they make you out to be the bad person versus the person who just paid $290k for a luxury item. Yes, they are built different, yes they are higher quality material. But they are still assembled the same and do not back their product. We had issues upon pick up and have had them since. We dealt with Krista in warranty, Pete the VP and were told it would be fixed and covered at the 1 year. Brought it in. "Fixed" some issues. But nope, still have issues, 2 years in and now we have to go through our extended warranty. Not only that but the CRV next door that the RV factory owns is a joke. They have a handful of workers there that truly care but the upper management is more worried about making money vs doing a good job and preserving customers. I wish I could say I was happy with our Luxe, but I truly can't..

He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Pete went above and beyond to answer all our questions and make sure everything was taken care of.
