We had a used pop up camper we bought in February. We delivered it to these folks at valentines. It is now mid august and we just got it back. Same problem as previous reviews. No communication and was given the run around on “waiting for parts”. Our camper had tons of wasp nests in it and wanted them cleaned out. As you can see, there are a ton left. Also all of those little bungee type thingys that clip under the bunks were really tore up. They were not that way when it was delivered to them. Even so. Why aren’t they fixed? So many minor things were not fixed or even mentioned to me, an uneducated consumer, who was prepared to throw the checkbook at this project. I guess they didn’t need the money. Lights, cleaning, etc The only reason I didn’t give them one star was the A/C unit was fixed by the tech. They were supposed to buy a new unit and install it. That saved a ton of money. I really appreciated the integrity of whoever solved that issue.

I had a decent experience when I first bought my camper in August. The buying process was pretty good. But, if you want or need to reach them by phone, good luck. Called multiple times with no answer. And they don't return calls. I have no idea why they even have a voice-mail. Honestly, they really should save their money on the phone bill and just take it out! 🤨

We bought a camper here on February 28, 2024. We told them what we were looking for and they let us look at the campers in our budget and description. We worked with Gloria during the buying process and Candice afterwards. The buying process was pretty straight forward. Gloria was nice and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she asked for us. Chris gave us a super quick run down of how things in the camper work. I will note, we are first time camper owners and had a lot of questions. Chris just told us to Google any questions we had. We paid the extra $800 demo fee for the "tour/tutorial," sewer hose, adapters, etc. Our camper did not come with a pin for the hitch. Chris said we didn't need one. (We later found out this is very important.) They also didn't have the proper hose so we had to go back later the next week to pick a proper one up. Which was very inconvenient. The main problem we had was the timeliness of them submitting the paperwork for our tags to the tag office. We were not given temporary tags, which seemed a little weird. We had to call and text multiple times only to be given the run around. Finally after 54 days, from the day that we bought the camper, they turned in the paperwork to the tag office and I was able to pick up the tags the next day. I wish I would have read reviews on the different platforms before we purchased through them. However, we got caught up in the excitement of getting a new camper. They do not seem to have a good track record and I would not go through them again. I did report them to the BBB and I plan to leave reviews on multiple platforms.

Very Disappointed! Our sales person was amazing. The owner of this company is a complete joke. They told us that they would have the unit inspected and cleaned when we arrived to take delivery. The camper was not cleaned and the issues had not been fixed. Sales advised service and they dropped the ball. We get ready to leave and the tire on our camper is flat. Once we get home we realize they kept our power cord. Before we left we went through the list of stuff not fixed. We where advised that they where ordering the parts and would compensate us to have the repairs done. When we noticed that they didn't send the power cord they stated that if we bought one they would reimburse us. A MONTH AND A HALF LATER NOTHING! This is unacceptable and I plan to pursue this through small claims court if this doesn't resolve the issue. Our sales person has been a big help and been trying to support us but seems the owners will not cooperate. The cord cost roughly $130.00 and the other work and repairs will run about $1,500. I would recommend our sales person if she didn't work for this sorry company.

The worst buying experience I have ever had. I purchased new RV in May and paid cash. Since then I have used it 4 times for a week at a time. It’s been back at there location other than that! And for the same constant issues. And every time it’s been there they will not communicate with you. Now they won’t take my calls or return my calls or reply to my voicemails. And the last time my camper was there someone stole a bottle of cologne from my Medicine cabinet also a remote from my fireplace cabinet. And some shirts from my bedroom wardrobe cabinet. Not even sure they would be in those cabinets. The leak was under the shower and bathroom sink. It’s been there now for another 6 weeks and no one will call me back last time was 7 weeks! This place needs to be out of business! Oh yeah the lead tech wants to pretend he works on all the Hollywood stars campers. lol. That’s probably why he stole my Versace cologne. But can’t fix a leak!!
