I called about needed service and they were very helpful. I still need to forward part info to them, but it is not a rush job. The gentleman was pleasant, patient and explained everything, which made me feel comfortable, so because of their service and being out of state, I trusted them to do the service needed a few month down the line. After all, if info is through over the phone it more than likely carries over to the hands on service.
Be prepared to park out on the side of the state highway. The roadway can be busy at times. All their units were used. From their exteriors, let's just say I wasn't impressed? Made the mistake of pulling into the "parking lot"? There are several parking spaces with older non running cars in them. All the other spaces were filled possibly by the 2 couples shopping. There was a single salesman. Not to be judgemental but he was rather unkept appearing? Anyone who knows me most definitely wouldn't say I was prudish at all. After pulling into the lot. I was completely blocked in by another shopper thinking they could fit onto the lot? We were able to maneuver around each other for me to leave. The wife did hop out to look at the dozen or so units available. She quickly came back after a brief conversation with the "salesman". She asked about the unit we came to see. It had interior issues they weren't planning to repair. I wasn't parking on the roadway shoulder to look at units I wasn't impressed with from their appearance. With any luck we caught them on a bad day?
Mr.Huffman has always gone over & beyond in helping me when I needed things for my 2004 Dutchman Lite Camper, which is also my home. Totally customer service oriented. All his staff are friendly & very efficient. I highly recommend them if you need help like I did today. 9/4/24.
I bought my first camper here and i am purchasing my 2nd here as well. They are fair priced and don’t charge outrageous fees on campers.
We bought a camper from them. Everything seemed fine. One of the cables on our slide out popped off. When we went to fix it, we went up to see if they could get the part. The guy then tells us they don't carry it and I quote " I don't know who would have ever sold you a camper like this in the first place "........ummmm excuse me???? Sunnyside RV sold us this camper. Also, the faucet was broken in the kitchen. They told us they'd put a new one in. They did put the new one in, but nothing like we discussed. We called until ( I think ) they got sick of us, and they had to come to our house to put what we discussed in place. I would just beware amd check and double check......and ck again.
